Pasamos una noche muy confortable en Shahi Palace Hotel. El hotel es precioso, con una ubicación inmejorable justo al lado del fuerte, lo que permite disfrutar de unas vistas increíbles y explorar la ciudad con facilidad. El personal es excepcional: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, el desayuno fue una grata sorpresa: el halo paratha estaba delicioso, y también cuentan con café, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. Sin duda, una opción fantástica para alojarse en Jaisalmer. ¡Muy recomendado!

Todo estuvo increíble, la habitación súper linda, buena ubicación, limpio, agua caliente, el personal es súper amable! Iba viajando sola y todos me hicieron sentir en casa. Tiene una terraza muy linda para tomar fotos, ver el atardecer y sobretodo para comer, ya que hay variedad de alimentos. Ofrecen diferentes tours. Sin duda de mis mejores estancias en India ! Espero volver pronto !

La habitación tenia aire acondicionado y ventilador, el Hotel es muy bonito, tiene terrazas para relajarse y comer, la comida es muy rica. Celebre mi cumpleaños ahi y con esa vista era espectacular, muy recomendado. El personal es muy simpatico y servicial, el lugar limpio.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue muy buena. El hotel es muy lindo, ya que tiene una decoración típica de India, es amplio y limpio. Cuenta con un restaurante bastante bueno y con precios asequibles. También cuenta con una vista al fuerte muy linda. Sin embargo, debo hacer presente que lo mejor del hotel fue su personal, todos muy amables, respetuosos y siempre atentos a lo que uno necesitara.

Estuvimos en el hotel por 3 días y 2 noches. Estuvimos muy agusto, el hotel es muy bonito y todo está muy limpio. Ademas, en la azotea tienen un restaurante y las vistas son increíbles. Conocimos al manager, Devi y es una persona muy amable que nos trató muy bien. Nos ayudó en todo. El personal del hotel también son muy amables y simpáticos. Recomendamos a la gente que se queden aquí si vienen a visitar Jaisalmer. Fue una experiencia increíble, volveremos seguro!

Nos quedamos dos noches en Shahi Palace Hotel y nos encantó. El personal es super amable y nos trataron de 10. El sitio es muy limpio y está muy bien situado. El rooftop es una de las cosas que más disfrutamos, las vistas al fuerte y verlo de noche es una experiencia Lo recomiendo 100%.

El hotel es precioso. Las vistas de la terraza son una pasada y se respira mucha calma. El personal es super amable, el manager Devi es muy buena gente y nos ha ayudado un montón con todo. Recomiendo 100% quedarse aquí! Está en muy buena ubicación y la habitación está genial.

Super buena localización, justo a 7 minutos de la parada bus y al lado del fuerte , camas confortables, lavabo occidental, agua caliente, los trabajadores te ayudan en todo momento con los tickets y dudas que puedas tener, en especial Vijay muy atento y amable. Precios del restaurante correctos y comida india muy buena. Vistas impresionantes al fuerte con un atardecer increíble en el segundo roof top. Sin duda si vuelvo me volvería a alojar. Lo recomiendo !

Este hotel es realmente espectacular, Devi es el dueño y me hizo sentir como en familia, todo el tiempo estuvo preocupado ayudando en todo lo que necesité, realmente hizo muy fácil mi viaje, me recogió en la estación del tren, hasta permitió que aprendiera a preparar masala y chai que es algo básico en la cocina de la India. Las habitaciones son realmente limpias, algo que se agradece en India, Me sentí muy segura a pesar de viajar sola, recomiendo su hotel un 200%, está muy cerca de la puerta del fuerte, se puede ir caminando.

I have to admit, I had never wanted to visit Jaisalmer on my previous trips to India. A night in the desert, camels, dunes, sand... just doesn't appeal. However, I did decide to bite the bullet this time, and after reading several reviews of Shahi Palace Hotel on Trip Advisor, I'm pretty sure my choice of stay would have been approved by anyone luckily enough to stay there. I stayed as a solo tourist in one of the budget rooms. Shahi Palace Hotel is of course, run by Akshay (TA forums Digital Jaisalmer) and meeting Akshay was perhaps the favorite part of my entire trip, he's such a people person and gave off good vibes wherever he went. On arrival, he let me choose a room which had everything I needed, including an a/c unit and additional ceiling fan. Everything was nice and clean including the bathroom with hot water. The double bed was comfy to lie in, so much so that a quick rest turned into several hours of deep sleep (I was really tired lol). The following morning when Akshay found out I was interested in seeing Baolis in the area, he wanted to come with me and I'm glad he did, as I picked up a lot of information from him that I wouldn't have known about on my own. We visited some 12 wells, some were for the Rajput community, others for Jain, one was specifially meant for women to bathe in, in the hot summer. We also caught a sunset at Bada Bagh before watching tractors take water from a nearby well via a big hose pipe. Later in the evening, Akshay suggested I try the butter chicken at their rooftop restaurant. I had never tried this dish before, mainly fearing it would be creamy and too rich – but it was heavenly, not too hot and with lots of flaky naan bread to mop up all the gravy. What a final evening, sat in full view the imposing fort, lit in the evening, eating that delicious meal. I mentioned to my driver Nett earlier in the day that I didn't think I would like to spend a night out in the desert but he went and showed me some of his mobile photos and I was very jealous. I think I'm going to give a night or two in the desert next time and will be using Shahi Palace as a base. All in all, a great stay, highly recommended and one I want to do again soon!

The rooftop view was indeed stunning, with the fort adding a majestic backdrop. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, perfect for unwinding. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area and restaurant services, which enhanced the experience. Dining on the rooftop was also a highlight, offering delicious cuisine alongside breathtaking views. The staff was attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
