It had hot water but never used it because of the high temperatures in Jaffna. I think its value for what they offer. Do not book with breakfast because you are at their mercy at what is provided. I thought the breakfast was below par. Service and the staff are excellent. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pictures are from a long time back. The place looked a bit run down. We did not mind as we spent most of the time sight seeing and only came to sleep. For that purpose this was great."
