Doesn’t provide airport transfer. It costs 520¥ to get to airport. Earliest train at 5.20am. It’s just outside the train station very convenient. 711 outside closes at 11pm so is the free drinks provided. Has outdoor and indoor hot bath and sauna. Located at 12th floor with manga reading zone. Recommended.

Booked 4 nights here, I enjoyed the sunset from my room window. The view on the 20th floor is stunning, and the open sky view on the 21st floor is completely breathtaking! This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel! However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far . This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it. Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station. To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 . Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs ) If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required. Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby. I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅

The hotel is located just 1 stop away from Kansai International airport and right outside Izumisano train station. The check in time was strictly after 3pm but they allow for luggage storage if you arrived earlier. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking! The hotel staffs, from front desk to the chambermaids, are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was good and they even have a booth for takeaway coffee right outside the dining area. Overall, it was great!

Este es nuestro 2o viaje en este hotel. El hotel acaba de completar algunas renovaciones en junio/julio este año. Añadido auto check in/check out n auto-servicio de almacenamiento para equipaje. Si llegas antes de comprobar en el tiempo - 2pm, puedes utilizar este servicio gratis. Pruebe su almuerzo en el nivel 2 y la comida es deliciosa. La habitación es grande para 3 personas n capaz de abrir 3 24 pulgadas de equipaje.

El hotel es un hotel agradable con servicio de navegación al aeropuerto y la tienda de convenciones también está muy cerca y la vista nocturna es increíble

Few minutes from rinku train station via exit 3. Connecting footbridge from train to hotel and Rinku Premium Outlet. Free bus ride going to airport too. Will book again when coming back to Osaka before flying back home. For more time shopping at outlet.bigger room compared to other hotels in japan.

Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

The location is convenient. Supermarket, drugstore, 7-11 just right infront of hotel. And hotel provide shuttle bus to airport 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, don't have to worry about transport for the early morning flight.

Habitación con zona Tatami (Habitación 416?): Pro: La habitación era bastante espaciosa en comparación con otros hoteles en mi opinión. La silla de masaje es un bonito gimmick, pero para mí es bastante. La masaje en sí es bastante locos, lo cual no es realmente una sorpresa. Pero mejor tener uno, que perder uno supongo ;) La oportunidad de una experiencia de incendio privado, incluyendo sauna es grande, puedes reservarlo en la recepción. El buzón de la nave de pasajeros de la mañana siguiente funcionó sin problemas Contra: Las habitaciones podrían haber sido un poco más limpias en mi opción y no soy un freak limpio. Por ejemplo, el gran bulbo de lámpara en el pequeño baño probablemente nunca se ha polvo en su vida ^^ Pero bien para un La noche también supongo que la ubicación está bien para un viaje rápido al aeropuerto y nada más, pero de lo contrario no creo que lo reservaría de todos modos.

沒有訂上早餐，在check in 的時候約了一個早餐，是套餐，很不錯，圖片吃早飯時候在窗邊拍的，真是太好了，有中文服務也有獨棟小屋，還有小院，不要太好……距離不是事，走過來也能逛逛，很推薦
