"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"This is my honest review! Stayed here from 16 June - 23 June 2026. Location – 5/5 I honestly can’t fault the location. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and within easy reach of Rhodes Old Town, making it a great for exploring the island. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and the beach is right on the doorstep. The surrounding area feels safe and public transport links are easily accessible. Atmosphere – 3/5 The atmosphere was mixed. The hotel itself is busy and lively, particularly around the pool area, and there was entertainment available throughout the day and evening. However, it lacked the luxury and relaxing atmosphere I would expect from a five-star hotel. While some guests may enjoy the lively environment, I found it felt more like a standard holiday resort than a premium hotel experience. Rooms – 2/5 Unfortunately, the rooms were one of the biggest disappointments for me. They simply did not feel like five-star accommodation. The bathroom was extremely small and it only had a bath with a shower head. The floor became incredibly slippery after showering, which felt dangerous. Unlike most five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, there were no toiletries provided. The towels were surprisingly small, and the hairdryer was so weak that drying your hair took forever. The television offered very limited entertainment, with only one channel available to watch. The fridge struggled to keep drinks and snacks properly cold. The air conditioning was effective enough but incredibly loud, rumbling throughout the night and making it difficult to sleep. I also found the bedsheets quite rough and itchy, which further impacted comfort. Value for Money – 2/5 Considering I paid over £1,000 for this holiday, I do not feel the hotel offered good value for money. While the location is excellent, many aspects of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a five-star. Had it been advertised as a three star hotel, my expectations would have been different, but for the price paid, I expected a significantly higher standard throughout. Cleanliness – 3/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, and the hotel appeared reasonably well maintained. However, on several occasions it seemed that the beds had simply been remade rather than the linens being changed. While the rooms were generally tidy, attention to detail could certainly be improved. Noise Levels – 2/5 The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Conversations, doors slamming, and people walking past were all clearly audible, particularly early in the morning and late at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Service – 3/5 Service was inconsistent. Some members of staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, while others came across as quite rude and uninterested. I also found communication difficult at times, as some staff members spoke very little English. While I"

En primer lugar, el dueño, Dimitris - qué tipo de host generoso, ofrece ayuda antes de pedir, bebidas complimentarias en la nevera, los apartamentos (recientemente renovados y terminados) son maravillosos, instalaciones de buena calidad y acabados. La ubicación es perfecta: 1 minuto a pie de un gran supermercado, una parada de autobuses (servirá Rhodes y el aeropuerto), y 1 minuto a la playa! Restaurantes y bares. Dimitris también alquila coches, y después de comprobar y comparar - no encontrarás un mejor trato, y una persona más decente para alquilar de! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and go above and beyond to help you and give you any local information you require. The hotel itself is very quaint and has an authentic feel. We did not want to go home at the end of our stay and would gladly stay at the Nathalie again. Thank you - Ellie and Callum."

Sol by Meliá Cosmopolitan Rhodes - All Inclusive

"Acabamos de regresar de Sol Cosmopolitan después de pasar allí una semana en familia, 4 adultos y 1 bebé. La ubicación del hotel era estupenda para nosotros con la playa justo enfrente. Teníamos dos habitaciones y eran exactamente como se describe en el sitio web del hotel y en las críticas que había leído en línea. Teníamos habitaciones con vistas al mar en la parte principal del hotel y las recomiendo totalmente. Eran las habitaciones reformadas y llamadas habitaciones Superior. No creo que sean las mejores habitaciones disponibles para reservar, pero como reservamos tarde quedamos más que contentos con ellas. Una cosa que puedo decir es que las habitaciones estaban excepcionalmente limpias al igual que las sábanas y las toallas. Las habitaciones son limpiadas diariamente por un amable equipo que obviamente está orgulloso del excelente trabajo que realizan. En general, la limpieza del hotel fue increíble teniendo en cuenta lo grande que es el hotel y la cantidad de personas que había allí. Estábamos en régimen de todo incluido y todos estuvimos de acuerdo en que la comida era increíble (¡gracias a todos los chefs!), muy sabrosa y deliciosa, siempre disponible. Había diferentes opciones cada noche, desde la noche griega, la noche italiana, la noche de pescado y más. El desayuno consistía en fruta fresca, cereales, yogur, desayuno caliente, etc. y asegúrese de encontrar al chef cocinando tortillas frescas en el área exterior. El personal del restaurante trabaja increíblemente duro para asegurarse de que cada mesa esté limpia y lista para los siguientes ocupantes, lo que no es fácil cuando el hotel está reservado. Hay restaurantes muy bonitos cerca del hotel, la distancia de caminar que puede comer su comida 3-5 Hay una maravillosa playa en el minuto..
