The hotel is located close to the Ito downtown, we were driving so it wasn't an issue. There are plenty of parking at the hotel. The ryokan is well maintained, it doesn't feel old, the onsen are properly modernized and clean. The room is HUGE which, with many functional areas, it was very pleasant room. There is also a private onsen as well for family or couples for a small fee. The private onsen has a good traditional style to it and it was open-air . There are also a chair for old people and toys for kids, so it's well thought out. Many people seems to like to have their dinner at the private eating room on first floor, so we did the same. They had one service person per 2-3 rooms maybe so we were well serviced, and the guy was very nice. I remember meeting him for dinner, and he realized we can only speak English, so the next morning when we met him again for breakfast, it looks like he made note in his notebook so he can properly introduce the dishes to us in English. I could feel the dedication so thank you to the man.

We are group of 5 all first time visit to Atami! This ryuken has given us one of the best experience in any of the onsen hotel. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! Absolutely recommend this place!

到達酒店特別遲很擔心沒有晚餐提供了（日本人晚餐時間特別早）可是酒店人員馬上安排我們去餐廳就餐，沒有讓我們等特別久。而且晚餐非常好吃，吃飽過後還可以在大廳吃雪糕喝咖啡。酒店人員很熱情接待，要預約明早私湯也是沒有問題。晚餐後就去泡他們的温泉，女湯基本上沒有什麼人室外也不錯。泡完外面有按摩椅可以坐，等待另一半泡完出來也不無聊😆

服務非常周到的一家老牌温泉旅館。懷石晚飯和早飯是在房間裏吃的，冷熱水都是備好的，接送班車30分鐘一班，checkin是坐在沙發上服務員過來跪姿服務的。 温泉男女各2個池子，半天輪換。室外有一個感覺是最美的，適合秋天賞紅葉。 伊東站坐車10分鐘，在半山腰。還趕上了週五晚上的薩克斯表演，非常有情調了。

女士可以自己選浴衣和腰帶顏色，酒店的服務員小姐姐還幫我係了蝴蝶結腰帶。餐食精緻好吃，是送房間裏的，房間很大很乾凈~ 不過懷石料理總覺得吃不過癮，最後還是泡了泡麪🍜 泡湯基本上都是一個人包場 男女湯每天互換，露天能看到山景的那個湯池 白天很漂亮~ 另一個園景的露天温泉個人感覺更適合晚上泡，氛圍滿滿

服務與環境一流，住宿感受非常滿意，很有設計感覺的一個酒店，飲食非常有美感豐富。下次有機會一定會再相遇。

單人入住700多，性價比之王！環境非常之好，有多個温泉，可泡，還有日式的庭院。班車到伊東站。如果打車的話，伊東南很方便，1kmp

酒店在山上，要爬坡，從車站步行去酒店比較費勁，打不到車，酒店衹提供伊東站的免費接駁車。老牌温泉酒店，硬件設施舊，但衞生很乾凈，服務很好，提供免費糕點和抹茶，風景怡人。晚餐沒有預約就沒飯吃，酒店和伊豆南站周邊沒東西吃，我們衹能下山坐jr去伊東站那裡的海邊吃飯。山下有24小時大超市，這個蠻好的。推薦自駕和包車的入住。

這個酒店很日本，和式服務和式住房和式餐，室內外温泉，很温馨。

非常滿意，服務貼心周到，入住後有抹茶和點心送到房間。女生的浴服可以自己選色彩，温泉泡池無比舒服，户外的。房間寬敞，夜間有榻榻米鋪床服務。美中不足是wifi比較慢。

這個酒店，比我在箱根住的好的不知多少倍，熱情接待，進門就給了歡迎茶點，由於我們晚上看煙花還給我們指點哪裡適合觀看，因為大地震預警，我們緊張不行，店家還很寬慰我們並可以低價續住。總體感覺很温馨。飯食也很不錯。

酒店給我的感覺超出預期，和式花園温泉酒店，服務也很熱心周到，温泉泡起來很舒服，下次來伊豆還會考慮住這裏

非常滿意！服務熱情，車站接到酒店，專人服務到房間。驚喜的是兩餐都是單間，餐食還是不錯的！ 酒店在山上，視野開闊。

到伊東站有shuttle bus , 酒店很新淨，下次會再入住👍
