Buen hotel, con habitaciones cómodas, un tanto alejado del centro (a 10 minutos en taxi), con un buen restaurante, amable atención. Los dos puntos bajos, serían que la coctelería es pintoresca, pero con muy poco alcohol, aunque es un detalle que pasa en toda Turquia...no toman alcohol, no saben cómo hacer un trago; y cerca del hotel debe haber algún boliche porque la música a la noche se siente muy alta en las habitaciones traseras.

Hotel lobby is impressive and airy, our room normal size and adequate, breakfast was a normal smaller hotel variety. Breakfast espressos we ordered came out as 6€ each. They come surprisingly from the Starbucks corner at the lobby bar with triple the prices compared to local Starbucks (espresso is usually 38 liras not 120 in Starbucks). Other than this little tomfoolery I still recommend the place as the staff is friendly and welcoming, location is walkable to Taksim, you can use the hotel shuttle every hour to Taksim square. This was the best out of the three central Doubletrees in Istanbul we stayed at.

El hotel Pera orienta me ha reservado porque ofrece lo que quiero de un hotel durante mis viajes y las comentarios fueron en su favor. Me preocupaba mi elección, pero cuando fui a Estambul y me quedé allí, me sentí obligado a compartir mi propia experiencia, que era totalmente diferente y absolutamente fantástico! Creo que es esencial dar crédito donde el crédito es debido. En primer lugar, si estás buscando un resort, Pera Orient no es un resort y nunca se dice ser uno! A la llegada, me saludaron calorosamente el personal amigable y atento, que hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme y responder a mis preguntas durante mi estancia larga 5-day. Sus sonrisas cálidas y su verdadera disposición a ayudar realmente fija el tono de mi estancia. La ubicación del hotel es ideal. A 6 minutos a pie del hotel te lleva a la plaza Taksim donde puedes tomar el metro o el autobús para llegar a su destino deseado. La calle es un poco estrecha, pero hay muchos hoteles alrededor que nunca me he sentido asustado o inseguro (como se mencionó en la revisión negativa). En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Nos había recomendado este hotel familia que había estado Es perfecto por su ubicación , estado general , lobby , Restaurant/bar , habitaciones antiguas pero con buena cama y dura Tiene una terraza con otro Restaurant fino y un bar con una vista de Estambul única Temas a tomar en cuenta elegir un piso alto y de no fumadores ( hay habitaciones que se permite fumar y no se puede entrar ) Existe una parada de taxis fuera del hotel y siempre hay taxi enfrente pero la mayoría son personas que no respetan lo que marca el reloj y quieren cobran o te cobran de dos a tres veces lo que sale el viaje ( esto ocurre en todo Estambul) El hotel debería tener algún portero que te ayude con los taxis . Para colmo estos no hablan nada de Inglés El bar del lobby donde se puede tbien almorzar y cenar excelente para comidas básicas pero ssnas El desayuno muy bueno Recomendable

I hope my review supported with images, will help you make the best decision regarding your stay in Istanbul. This was not my first visit to Istanbul, but it was one of the worst. But let me start from the beginning. I stayed at Benesta Residence for 18 days. I had to deal with many issues when I stepped into the apartment. Dirty bathroom, broken drawer in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the washer, floors, and carpets covered with black hair and popcorn. On a couple of occasions, I had a problem entering the apartment because different cellphone numbers were tied to the digital key (yes, they have access to your apartment all the time while you staying there). On the last day, I spent approximately 15 minutes waiting for them to send someone and help open the apartment (which, of course, did not happen because they simply didn't care). But this is nothing compared to what I have experienced almost each and every night. Having said that, I was terrorized by people from Apt. 111 that tried to enter my apartment from the balcony (the Benesta team had a chance to witness finger trails on the glass wall). All night-long parties, alcohol, fights, fire alarm activated by drunk travelers (which the security could not deactivate for 40 minutes), and ringing on my door in the night are just a portion of what I experienced while staying there. I shared all the recordings and images with the Benesta team. Still, nothing happened, and security couldn't do anything about that. Moving to a new apartment wasn't an option for a Benesta team (I initiated that on a couple of occasions in written). The main reason they could not move me to another apartment is that, as Mr. Firat stated, I did not book a flat directly from them. So, I experienced a whole new level of discrimination too. They only proposed that I can call the police (because they want to nurture a good relationship with the owner of apt.111). Imagine that attitude. Aghh, yes, they tried to bribe me with a bar of chocolate to keep my mouth shut, which I did not accept. Benesta's apartment description is full of fancy words: Sound-proofed rooms - not true, because you can literally hear what your neighbors do in the bedroom, bathroom, etc. Environmentally friendly travel - if you come from the EU, you know what sustainability standards are. Here, they swear they do not use plastic. Yet, you get in the bathroom shampoos and conditioner in a non-recyclable plastic bottle. They even claim on Booking that ”Single-use plastic miniature shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles not used” and ”Recycling bins available to guest and waste is recycled.” My question is - How do you recycle it if we can put waste in just one trash bin available on the floor? LOL Lastly, you need to know that many people that recently moved from other countries with dogs live in that building. So, don't be surprised if you see a lot of poop around the building (yes, dog owners do not have a habit of cleaning up after their
