El hotel es limpio y muy bonito, la atención de la recepción muy poco profesional los chicos veían una película a todo volumen sin importar los huéspedes, su presentación era deplorable nada profesional, las habitaciones tienes paredes muy delgadas por lo que a las 2 am tuvimos que marcar para que callaran a los huéspedes adyacentes ya que podíamos escuchar sus gritos y platicas como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación, tiene públicas en expidia mezclada con otro hotel por lo que la publicidad es engañosa, esta situado cerca de la parada de autobuses que te llevan al aeropuerto por lo que es muy conveniente y cerca del metro de taksim, la calle como en todo taksim es sumamente ruidosa ya qué hay bares y restaurantes alrededor por lo que probablemente no dormirás muy plácidamente porque escucharás uno que otro ruido de las calles y peleas, pero en general es una calle que se podría decir tranquila

NOVA PLAZA HOTEL : Τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Ταξίμ , το προσωπικό ευγενικό & εξυπηρετικό αλλά : 1) την πρώτη μέρα της επίσκεψης μύριζε η αποχέτευση 2) το τραπεζάκι του δωματίου ήταν τραμπάλα και όχι τραπεζάκι και η βάση η σιδερένια ήταν σκουριασμένη, ζήτησα αντικατάσταση αλλά δεν έγινε και απλά το έβγαλαν από το δωμάτιο 3) το πρωινό καλή ποιότητα αλλά εκτός από το αυγό που ήταν ζεστό οι πατάτες, λουκάνικα ,μπουρεκάκια ηταν κρύα και λιγοστές επιλογές 4) το ψυγειάκι δεν δούλευε, ζήτησα αντικατάσταση και έγινε 5) το ασανσέρ χωρητικότητας δύο ανθρώπων και μετά βίας μία βαλίτσα 6) το σήμα του wi-fi ήταν καλο σε κάποια δωμάτια ,στην είσοδο ηταν ανύπαρκτο 7) στην πολυθρόνα του δωματίου βρήκα μία τούφα μαλλιών 😎 το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι σίγουρα τετράστερο (4*) Δεν θα το συνιστούσα αλλά δεν θα αποτρέψω και κάποιον ο οποίος θα το επιλέξει μόνο για ύπνο και όχι να περάσει κάποιες ώρες εκεί.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel staff were very accommodating; especially Adem who worked at the front entry. He was so kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations and also provided us adapters for electrical phone chargers. He was fantastic! We recommend staying there for sure.

Από λάθος μας γιατί δεν μας έφτιαξαν το safehox αφήσαμε στο δωμάτιο μετρητά χρήματα .μάλλον οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος μας έκλεψαν 50 ευρώ.την άλλη μέρα αφήσαμε "ψωμάκι"δόλωμα μετρητά κ μας πήραν οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος 25 ευρώ.θα βλέπαμε με τον μάνατζερ από τις κάμερες ποιός ήταν.κρυφτηκαν όλοι μέχρι να φύγουμε.μας είπαν δεν χρειάζεται αστυνομία.οχι πια σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με τους κλέφτες!

It is a very very small room. There is no space to go from a side to to another. No way that this room costs 139$ in Istanbul. I got sick because I can not stop the fan the night.

I had been there for 2 nights, the only thing this hotel have is location! Only if you want to be near the takeim square but I dont recommand you to be there, you can stay at sisli with the better hotels and better nightlife. This hotel has terrible breakfast, the room was dirty and the staff was rude, they come inside our room with their dirty shoes, the bathroom was awful

We were there for 2nights and we choose this hotel because of its location...but it was a great mistake..it was awful..i went to many hotels in the world and i cant say how awful was this hotel! The room was totally dirty and you hate when you open your eyes in this hotel! I asked 2times for fixing the air conditioner and when each person of this hotel came, they dont get off their shoes even when i said to them that you should get them off! Believe me that you would be crazy in each moment that you are there. The bathroom was awful!! It was smelling all the time and it doesnt be fixed! Our room was double but they gave us 2 dingle bed!!!I think if you call this place "hotel", you dont know the definition of hotel. I prefere to sleep in the street rather than being in this location again! I should say that after this nightmare i went to another hotel that its name was Dore pera and it was amazing.dont waste your money and time to be in Nova plaza hotel
