We stayed 10 days. And it s an amazing place. Very clean. Very good location and service! The hotel is on hill. So make sure u are ok for walking and climb stairs. For me it was perfect. Also some rooms have an amazing view. And I highly recommend get penthouse with Sea view.

The whole suite was so nice and clean. Pillows amazingly fluffy and bed very comfortable. All the workers were so friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Mrs. Duygu and her colleague Mrs. Senay were so kind and ready to help you in everything you need. The location is perfect just a few minutes from Taksim square.

filthy filthy rundown horrified the The pictures are doctored fair, not as you find them. The beds are fine apart the furniture is filthy. The kitchen is undescribable. I have never been in a hotel that is so bad that it should be closed down. The outside looks fabulous there entrance is fabulous and it stops there cannot walk because it is almost at 90° slope. I would never recommend this to anyone. I wouldn't even put a homeless person in there

Very clean hotel, good location in a quiet area. Good prices, too. Pillows and mattress are most comfortable ever. The Hotel also arranged pick up transfer for us. We strongly recommend it. We will definitely come back!

Intended to book a junior suite with a view and hit the wrong button when booking. Emailed immediately to fix the error and received an email back that they had fixed the booking. When we arrived this was not done and we were in a basement room and told they had given away our room. Basement was adequate and roomy though the shower flooded which was annoying. Hotel on a very steep street but not too far from Taksim Square

Good serviced apartment, with good washroom & ok furniture. The location is right in the center just opposite to cvk grand hotel. Distance to Galata port or ferry pier equal if compared to distance to Istaqlal street, so according to me excellent quiet location.

Très beau hôtel emplacement très proche de la place Taksim (y a une rue assez difficile pour les gens âgées pour rejoindre la place de Taksim) Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel spécialement pour Senay L’équipe sur place, vous montrera un Raccourcis qui traverse l’hôtel qui en face et qu’il faut permet de rejoindre plus facilement la place de Taksim. Les chambres sont équipés de Too, dont vous aurez besoin . Les chambres sont jolies et très bien décorée.
