This is the squalid hotel Turkish airlines puts you up in if you have a long layover. The only good thing was that we did not have to pay for this crappy hotel. I think it calls itself a 5 star hotel. It shares a building and buffet with the adjoining Pullman hotel (which looked better). The rooms are appalling and poorly maintained. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be shut properly and there were issues with the shower. Since we spent most of our time sleeping it was bearable. This hotel is located in a rather boring part of the city so you can't really walk out and look around. Never book this hotel for yourself if you have a choice!!!!

Not quiet and not clear.

WARNING, they ask for a deposit of 150 euros and do not return it. I feel robbed by them. At the time of checkout, the employee opened an envelope, showed my card receipt, and said that they would issue a refund. Trusting them, I left and waited. It's been over a month, and nothing has been done, even with emails sent.

Pas de réception pour mercure vous passer par la réception de pullman où les employés de l'accueil sont désagréable mal poli ils n'ont pas envi de travailler c'est la première fois que je vois un hotel 5 étoiles ainsi on dirais une auberge. Par la suite la carte n'ouvre pas la porte problème de pile nous avons du attendre des heures afin de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre (1008). Cet hôtel ne mérite plus les 5 étoiles ne venez plus je vous déconseille.

Good experience

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of our tour group. We were on 4th floor and wifi didn’t work so had to keep going to the lobby to use. There were no face or hand towels and no spare pillows, no iron or ironing board, kettle did not work and tv remote did not work. Luckily we were only there for two nights but unfortunately will be returning there for one night before flying home. The hotel was also situated far from amenities so not much to see or do without taking a taxi or Uber. I would not recommend this hotel if you had another option.

Good hotel

Je rentre d’Istanbul ou j’ai séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel. En fait, l’hotel Mercure Conv n’existe plus. Il est géré par le Pullman et nous sentons bien que nous sommes tolérés. Chambre vétuste moquette fatiguée et pleine de taches idem pour le mobilier. Salle de bain pas équipe de savon et shampoing, j’ai du en demander n’ayant rien avec moi. .La salle du petit dej est triste, mal équipée le,buffet est moyen ( j’ai connu mieux) et le mobilier est plus que sommaire. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mercure comme l’indique le site web Accor. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre les consommations que vous faites coté Pullman sur votre chambre. J’ai bataillé pour avoir un crédit consolation, mais,à chaque dépense il fallait insister pour mettre la note sur la chambre Il m’avait été confirmé une navette a 2h du matin pour me rendre à l’aéroport. Je l’attends encore et j’ai du prendre un taxi. Je suis un fidèle et membre de All Accor depuis des années et je pense que c’est la pire expérience hôtelière que j’ai vécu car sur le site web Accor, l’hôtel avait l’air bien. Je déconseille fortement

This hotel is only for group tour one night. Not recommend for others who have other choices for accommodation. Quite inconvenient hotel. Far from everything. Breakfast is ok but too many tourists. Room is not that clean. Maid service not the same standard everyday.
