前台小哥服務熱情，超級負責。酒店新開業不久，設施比較新。尤其是位置極佳，可以給滿分，老城區主要景點和市場可以腿着去，及其方便。早餐還可以，尤其是水果不錯。酒店推薦的50歐一人的遊輪遊（含晚餐和表演）物有所值。不足之處是房間和淋浴有點小，入住三晚第三天不知何故搞衞生的人沒來。總體感覺還不錯，可以推薦。

It’s a nice accommodation in the heart of Sultanahmet – a neighborhood rightly called the 'proper' old city of Istanbul and is close to the main tourist attractions. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and finely decorated. The hotel is located close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque (formerly the Church of the Holy Wisdom). The staff was accommodating and cooperative. The breakfast is served in the opposite hotel over the rooftop terrace overlooking Bosporus Strait and the surrounding area. It is something fantastic viewing the passenger and vehicular ferries as well as recreational and fishing boats moving on the sea. It provides breathtaking views of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Ayasofya [Hagia Sophia], and the sea. You can reach most of the places in Istanbul from here by tram. The room was very comfortable at a reasonable price. It has a hairdryer, TV, kettle, tea set, and coffee. Also, it has a bathrobe, slippers, a set of shampoos, and balms. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, room service, and organizing tours for guests. I highly recommend this place.

My Wife and I stayed at Eastanbul Suites for 9 nights. We used their airport shuttle service (Perfectly arranged and definitely worth it). The location is perfect, close by the main tourist attractions and at walking distance from basically everything in the old town. Tram is at a few minutes walking distance which will take you anywhere fast and cheap (make sure to get a public transport card which you can easily top up), much better than taking the taxi within the city (taxi drivers in general rude and ask way too much, if you want to take a taxi be sure to ask to activate the taxi-meter). We took the Deluxe Double Room (Airco standard included which was much needed). Room was clean, daily cleaning service, bed, soaps-coffee cups and I believe 2 water bottles a day were included. Fast-reliable internet. The only issue was sleeping well at night mainly because of the mosks (I guess all hotels have this issue), we bought ear plugs and issue solved. Biggest plus of this hotel was having breakfast at the top floor w/balcony. Amazing view at the Bosporus-sea, the Asian part of the city and the mosks/part of the old town. Great start of the day! Staff provided great service. Really nice people, offering and providing useful information and nice to have a chat with. 24/7 available. We had a great time, definitely recommend staying at the Eastanbul Suites!

Friendly staff. We booked a transfer in advance, which was waiting for us for a long time, as our flight was delayed. We arrived late at night, we were met, everything was explained and shown. And I also had a birthday and the hotel administrator opened the terrace for us, on which repairs are underway, so that in the evening the two of us with my husband drank a glass with a stunning view of the Bosphorus.

Расположение - отлично , сложно придумать лучше , в 100 метрах от площади Султанахмет . В номере достаточно комфортно , но есть серьёзные недостатки : звукоизоляция внутри отеля - ее просто нет 😳, матрас на двухспальной кровати слеплен из двух односпальных … крайне неудобно и наконец - самый серьёзный недостаток - вода в смесителя душа - регулируется сама по себе , хорошо если переключится на холодную , но несколько раз превращалась в кипяток !!! Персонал - отзывчив , дружелюбен , но просто запарили с навязыванием услуг ( трансфер , шопинг , экскурсии ) по запредельным ценам !!! ( такси из аэропорта - просили 40 € , по факту - 20 $ , и т.д.) . Завтраки проходят в соседнем отеле , очень и очень скудные и однообразные - но это компенсируется шикарным видом на Босфор !!! Вывод - отель на пару ночей для не взыскательного туриста !

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Sultanahmed area. Situated in a quiet sidestreet this hotel is a few minutes walk to the famous Blue Mosque and other major attractions. 5 minutes walk to nearest tram stop. The rooms are extremely clean, well stocked with toiletries and water. Have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is large and varied with hot and cold options. The reception staff are very very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. There are so many restaurants and cafes in the area. I would 100% book this little hotel next time I'm in istanbul. It really was the perfect place to stay.

Pictures of property didn't really represent what was there. Good location for old city attractions but no dining and breakfast was only cold items. We also had issues with housekeeping, no towels on check in and 1 day they forgot to clean room and again we had toask for towels.

We have an amazing corner room with an expansive view of the Bosphorus. Likewise the dining area has an incredible view. The hotel is right next to the action but was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very good.

Great location. Steps away from all most important sites (blue mosque, hagya sophia). The breakfast is excellent and enjoyed on a terrasse with a stunning view of the blue mosque. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and kind. A very nice hotel to explore Istanbul.
