The hotel was very nice looking, it was clean, staffs were very friendly and approachable. Very kind to my children. The hotel was in best location you can ever want. Walking distance to every attractions. You have the train station opposite the hotel, and trams stop near by. The train goes to the airport as well. One train change. Breakfast meals rotated, so you don't get the same food on daily base, which was good. Staff had good English. Now the down bit.... I would've given the hotel 5 star, the reason I gave 4 star is because they have Fecility Spa & Fitness in the basement. The staff in the spa department are not child friendly at all. My husband addressed the issue to the manager Orhan Celik, he's respond was very rude and didn't even rectify the issue. My two children went to use the pool, they weren't even loud, I felt soo uncomfortable there felt like curling up, continuously this female staff was saying "shhhhs". She didn't speak English. When ever the water went out of the pool, only happend once! She goes "madam" and made "ta, ta" sound. I felt soo uncomfortable, the kids weren't allowed to speak, laugh, kick in the water or do small jumps! It was a torture. Swimming is supposed to be fun! But it felt like we were suffering. I pulled them out within 10 min and took them to use the jet bath in the room. My husband used the sauna, he said the changing room stank so badly, it was filthy and disgusting. He raised all this with the manager Orhan, and he didn't even bother to solve the issue. He spoke back rudely and gave excuses saying the lady doesn't know how to speak english... but its okay for her to speak like this! Her job is to wipe the floor, and we wasn't even abusing the area. But gets annoyed if there is water drops on the floor! So my husband said if the children can't speak in the pool then you should not allow children to use the pool! He also did not agree with the smell in the changing rooms. He was saying it was normal to smell like this. He was very defensive with everything and had a reason. He did not apologise or sympathise at all.
