Valoraciones de Crowne Plaza Istanbul Harbiye

Quedamos muy satisfechos. A mi novia no le estaba yendo muy bien y luego conseguimos una habitación súper tranquila. La cama era cómoda y estará feliz de volver.

The location was good. The carpet in both of the rooms were filthy and dirty. It looks like red stains all over the carpet. The AC stopped working after the third day. I won't be staying in this hotel next time.

The room was super old. Especially carpet….. it was all filthy, with a million of stains and was giving very very bad smell in the room. But everything was working, no complaints about shower or lights…. We were staying 3 days and all 3 days near next room stayed tray with dirty dishes! We said about this twice on reception and no actions were taken…… No sound isolation in the rooms! If you have sensitive sleep and no earplugs with you, you won’t sleep.  Breakfast was very nice, restaurant area very clean, having vale is a great comfort for Istanbul, and parking was included in the cost of the room.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the staff is attentive. The gentleman and lady at the guest relations at breakfast made us feel valued.

I told the concierge in the evening of June 8th for departure at 10:30am on June 9th to IST. The staff was only interested in arranging hotel limo for airport. I rejected and she agreed to arrange a taxi of me. However, when we went to the concierge on June 10th at 10:25am, nothing has been arranged. They told us either to wait for a taxi with no time (terrible traffic in Istanbul) or use the hotel limo for airport. We had no choice but to use the hotel limo and it did not come quickly. We end up with leaving the hotel at 10:50am. At the end, the limo driver asked for tip! Come on! Terrible hotel! PS. its too old and the bus tub is stucked

They had extensive knowledge of the hotel and its amenities, which allowed them to provide valuable recommendations. My dining experience was superb. The dishes were delicious, and the kitchen staff were dedicated in their service and responsiveness. The massage session was a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. The therapist demonstrated high skill and professionalism. I would like to express my deep admiration for the exceptional service I received. I want to commend the performance of the front desk staff, as well as the quality of food and service in the kitchen and spa.

Everything is good

Cons: 1. Location is awful. Its on the hill 2. Environment is noisy 3. Interner is slower than turtle. 4.TV is 32inch how come! Pro: Its clean

No complains, great hotel and never disappoints

We stayed in crown plaza harbiye for 5 nights. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The location is quite convenient and only 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. There is some Turkish restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel.
