Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en este hotel. El establecimiento es nuevo y algunas de las habitaciones son bastante amplias, lo que lo convierte en una gran opción para familias. El personal de recepción fue muy servicial y amable, especialmente el Sr. Benjamin, que hizo todo lo posible para ayudarnos con todo. Si vuelvo a visitar Estambul, sin duda me alojaré en este hotel".

Everything was spot on. When we walked into the hotel we were greeted like family and warmly welcomed with a freaking hot drink from the cold breezed air outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The establishment is very new there are elevator’s to the room which was a plus. We mentioned that we are celebrating my wife’s birthday and they decorated our room to welcome us. They even got us a birthday cake and celebrate with us. This was really memorable to us. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. However it seems turkey hotels don’t really supply disposable toothbrush sets, so if you travel please remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location was close to tram, boat and train. The metro was at a walkable distance. If we go to Istanbul next time we will choose this hotel again.

We chose this hotel for its location (5~10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, the Egyptian Bazaar and the Galata Bridge, and the tram line was in 2 minutes walk, LOVED IT! Very reasonable considering the price and location, and the cleanliness of the room. There are many 100+years old restaurants near by so was fun to explore around, and was safe to walk back despite the main entrance being in small street with dim lighting depending on where you are coming from. Keep in mind rooms can be small depending on which type you choose and mine didn’t have any view. But it did not matter very much as we were staying outside for the most time and only returned for rest.

The ERK Hotel is just 2 months old, so everything is still new. It is located in the popular Sirkeci neighbourhood, tucked away on a quiet street but within walking distance to the both the tram and Mamaray train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Ahmed Jen. During our stay, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, as they take ownership of this property seriously. Would stay here again in future but would choose a bigger room next time.

I had an unforgettable 10/10 experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right next to the train station, making it so convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless, and the service was exceptional—everyone made us feel truly at home. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmet, Mr. Sezer, Mr. Muhammed, and Mr. Bunyamin for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay in Erk Hotel! Since it was my first time in Istanbul I quickly managed to orient myself around the district, and my favorite attractions are in a walkable distance, especially the Haghia Sophia. I felt so safe walking alone as a female solo traveler. The staff is very urgent and professional, especially Mr. Ahmet, he's very knowledgeable and speaks very good English

I've had an amazing experience at Erk hotel. The hotel has a cozy lobby, the furniture is in great condition and the bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast was pretty varried and delicious. The bed was comfortable and my room was quiet and dark at night. The staff at this hotel is excellent and very helpful. Roomservice properly cleans the room and leaves water bottles each day. The gentlemen at the front desk are very friendly and will do their best to help you. I would like to especially thank Ahmet, Furkan and Sezer for their kindness and nice conversations.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter Furkan, Ahmet, Sezer, Bünyamin und Mehmet sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Menschen. So eine Gastfreundschaft habe ich seit langem nicht mehr gesehen. Jede einzelne Frage und Wunsch wurde auf bester Art und Weise gelöst. Ich werde meinen August Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder hier planen. Gruß Elyesa

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Sauber, die Aussicht sehr aus dem Hotelzimmer sehr schön und dir Lage sehr zentral gelegen. 10 Gehminuten Zufuß zur Aya Sophia, Grand Bazar etc. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich auch ein sehr guted Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

بحثت عن فنادق كثيرة في هالمنطقة وكان هذا أفضل خيار مناسب وأكثر سبب شجعنا على الحجز هو التعليقات الايجابية من الناس وفعلا توفقنا بشكل كبير الفندق توه مجددينه من جم شهر بس فيعتبر جديد خيار مناسب للي يبحث عن فندق هادئ و cozy الغرف صغار أنصحكم تحجزون دايما الغرفة اللي مساحتها 22 متر مربع اكبر شي . مساحة الحمام صغيرة صح بس منظمة ومصممة صح بالنسبة لي كانت كافية . حاليا الإفطار في اللوبي لأن السطح للحين يشتغلون عليه وبيجهز في الصيف مفروض وعقبها بينتقل الإفطار في السطح 😍😍😍 وتنوع الإفطار قليل بس ما أقدر أحكم عليه لأن المساحة صغيرة حاليا تحت تفاصيله صراحة متعوب عليها بالرغم من صغر مساحته وتعاملهم أكثر من ممتاز متعاونين لأقصى حد يفوز بأفضل فندق حصلنا فيه تعامل استثنائي وصدق يبون يكسبون الناس ويهمهم رايهم . التعامل اللي لقيناه هني احسن بمراحل من فنادق 5 stars مجربينها من قبل هني منطقة الفندق عجيبة هادئة ورايقة وقريبة من كل شي باختصار الموقع مثالي جدا. قريب من الأسواق وخلف الفندق مباشرة حديقة قولهانا عجييبة لا تفوتكم مؤخرا في ناس حرقوا غرفة وفوقها ثاني يوم فوضوا ماي الحمام ومن عقبها تم فرض رسوم تأمين إجباري بمبلغ 100 دولار / يورر ويسترجع المبلغ وقت الخروج اذا الغرفة ما تضررت ما ودهم يتخذون هالإجراء لولا هالموقف فجدا أعذرهم صراحة لأن هذي الطريقة الوحيدة لضبط استخدام الناس للفندق بشكل سليم والمحافظة على نظافة الفندق وحمايته من سوء الاستخدام وصلنا قبل الجيك إن بفترة طويلة وما قصروا دخلونا الغرفة بدون اي مبلغ اضافي جميع موظفين الاستقبال كانوا ممتازين وبالأخص أحمد وشخص ثاني معاه كان يتكلم عربي اسمه بنيامين يمين الصورة أحمد ويسارها بنيامين
