This hotel is just amazing. Though situated right at the heart of the city, it has provided the best services. The room is nice and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with delicious food and a prime location that made exploring easy. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive . The room was clean and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my visit!

這是一次完美的旅行，安全的位置，警察局就在隔壁，房間是我喜歡的風格，有拖鞋、牙刷牙膏、浴巾、還送了我水果和蛋糕🎂 早餐比較豐盛～8:00/11:00，雖然不那麼符合中國人胃口，但我覺得非常好～下次希望我們還會來這裏♥️

前台服務很棒，房間格調很歐式，早餐還不錯，總體上還挺滿意的

服務很周到，酒店裝飾也很好看，下次去土耳其還要下面繼續住這一家

The best hotel I have ever stayed at Istanbul. The room was clean and cozy, Hamam in the room was perfect, we used it every night to relax. Excellent and delicious breakfast, thank you to the cook indeed. Location is so convenient, close to Taksim metro and bus stops, 15 minutes by metro and you are in the center of all historical attractions. I even walked to the Galataport mall from the hotel and it took me 18 minutes. And, the most I liked the Staff of the hotel, everyone tried to make our stay perfect, ladies and guys at the Reception were so helpful. Also, they congratulated my husband on his birthday by sending a cake and fruits, it was so lovely! Thank you to the Hotel management and to everyone who is working at the hotel!

Great location, very comfortable room with small balcony which is rather rare. Breakfast was great, large spread of goodies, lovely bathroom. In this busy area of Beyoğlu it’s a nice quiet heaven, whereas you’re right in the middle of a very lively part of Istanbul, we would book this hotel again in the future!

I really did appreciate that Hotel, big and stylish room with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and variable and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped with Hammam inside and comfortable. Location was more than perfect as long as you take 10 minutes walking to taksim square and 1 minute to istiklal street . I do recommend this jewel.

Heel fijn hotel met vriendelijke professionele mensen. De kamer was groot genoeg voor ons tweeën en het bed was goed. Aan de kamer vast zat een kleine badkamer met wastafel en wc, met daaraan vast een eigen hamam, met douche en verwarmde tafel. Heerlijk! Die hebben we elke avond gebruikt na een lange dag wandelen. (Wel was het in de kamer zelf ook vaak warm door de verwarming van deze hamam, maar dit was snel opgelost door de airco aan te zetten en de deuren naar de badkamer en hamam te sluiten.) Ook was er een klein balkonnetje, heerlijk om even op te chillen. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld en gevarieerd. Als laatste nog de ligging: perfect! Heel dichtbij de grote winkelstraat Istiklal street, en het metrostation Taksim meydani, maar toch ook rustig, je hoort helemaal geen lawaai daarvan o.i.d. Ik zou zo opnieuw naar dit hotel gaan, zeker voor deze prijs.

Bu harika otel konumu itibariyle cok merkezi bir bölgede.istanbul’un her noktasına ulaşılabilecek bir konumda.personel son derece güleryüzlü ve profesyonel.odalar ve otel genelinde temizlik çok ön planda,kusursuz bir temizlik anlayısı var.kahvaltı son derece özenli ve çeşit olarak zengin.otelin üst katında bulunan N’evet İstanbul restaurant,cok seckin personeli ile mükemmel ötesi lezzetler sunuyor.Burada yedigim et,kebap ve mezeler kusursuzdu.bitmedi,bir de en üst katta İstanbul Bogazı manzaralı harikulade bir teras var,burada zaman geçirmekten cok zevk alıyorum.Kısaca 10 üzerinden 10 luk bir tesis.

Великолепный отель для посещения в самом центре Стамбула отличным сервисом. Невероятно вкусными завтраками(Разнообразные, на самого привередливого посетителя. С большим количеством фруктов абрикосы персики черешня. Около 10 видов выпечки) Идеальная частота. Очень красивый вид из ресторана на город и пролив Босфор. Есть замечательный бар на крыше. С большим выбором всевозможных разнообразных напитков, коктейли. Очень приятный обслуживающий персонал. Огромное спасибо ребятам официантам!!!! Номера прибираются ежедневно полотенца меняются сразу же по требованию. Спасибо персоналу по уборке! Этот отель к посещению обязательно-здесь вы получите все что хочется по комфорту, локации, питанию!!!! Планируем вернуться с радостью!

Konum açısından çok güzel bir noktada. Biraz ara sokakta kaldığı için tededdütlerim oluştu otele giderken ama hem polis karakolunun karşısında kaldığı için (güvenlik açısından ) hem de bulunduğu konum için kesinlikle lokasyon olarak süper bir noktada. Odamız ise gerçekten çok güzeldi. Hem dekorasyon ve konsept olarak hem de kullanım açısından yeterli ve güzeldi. En güzel yanı ise odamızda hamam vardı. Evet bildiğiniz sıcak taşlı bir hamam. Duşu kullanmak isterseniz de o da var tabi . Kafanızda kocaman bi hamam canlanmasın küçük ama kesinlikle tam işlevli sıcak taşlı bir hamam. Ben çok memnun kaldım kaldığım süre boyunca personeller de son derece güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Teşekkürler🙏 🤩
