Was a nice hotel , the garden view better than lake view specially by night

酒店環境不錯，乾淨整潔，房間比較小，在房間可以看蘇伊士運河景色。酒店的早餐倒是很一般，吃飽可以，晚餐沒去吃自助，點餐可以，味道不錯。服務質量還好。

這是我十年旅行以來住過的最臟酒店，沒有之一。入住之前我並不期望有多豪華，畢竟Mercure定位也就是普通酒店。但是進去後簡直驚呆了，服務員拿着殺蟲劑進來殺蟲，從走廊到房間地毯臟到不忍直視，床上用品已經起球了，一床薄被用了不知道多少年沒換過新的，床單已經起球到誇張，用手一摸全是疙瘩，就彷彿床墊上都是硬殼小蟲一樣，打了兩遍電話才送了飲用水上來，早餐一塌糊塗，完全是路邊攤水準，不想寫了，不想回憶了。

雖然是軍方管理的，但環境非常非常好，在湖邊，房間內設施衞生也都非常好，早餐有點簡陋。

環境很好 設施：比較新 出行方便

房間很乾凈，設施比較新，有提款機可以很方便的換錢，環境很好。

這個酒店知道會住的時間長，馬上上調價格，現在標出的價格有早餐和無早餐差3元，真奇葩，就為了宰客

接上條，酒店地理位置也很好，對面就是一個休閑的露天美食城，酒店內也有一些小童設施還有人造沙灘，孩子很開心，還有伊斯梅利亞一定要吃芒果和海鮮。可以在酒店放下行李就在周圍逛逛，有很多有情調的餐廳。大力推薦！

環境沒的説，和tulip是鄰居，靠近蘇伊士運河，但是設施太陳舊了。2006年來的時候還可以。現在房門電梯等等都不行了。

It's was an amazing acomndeion I don't usually write reviews, but my experience this time was wonderful by all standards, from the time I contacted them to confirm the reservation, to their reception of me in a way that made me feel proud in front of my family. The faces of the reception team were Smiling and welcoming all the time, and they were the height of professionalism. I remember two names in particular because they helped me throughout the period of stay, which was unfortunately short, and they are Ms. Veronia and Mr. Omar khaled and mr Hamed from the reception department. They are in the right place.The rooms were professionally appointed and the room service was very responsive to requests. Over all My experience was definitely worth the time I took to write this review and thank you so much to everyone who made my experience a happy one.
