I have stayed here a dozen times for work and when I can always try to book. Great rooms, swimming pool, great restaurant and well stocked bar. Staff always go the extra mile and always friendly. The price is well worth it, good value for the price, I would highly recommend.

This is a cosy city hotel which does what it says on the tin at the price point. Check-in was seamless and speedy. Staff are helpful and present. The room was comfortable and well-lit. More generally, the hotel is walking distance to Old Street, Shoreditch and the City.

do not stay in this hotel full of filthy covid carrying immigrants .should be shut down after they have left .don't think they will get any bookings after this.rooms will need refurb .all smoking in rooms and out of windows

The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one.

It would have been better to have been able to stay in the hotel that I had selected or, as this turned out to be unavailable a week before the booking, to have been relocated to another that offers equivalent facilities

他們怎麼竟敢更換價格呢?花了每晚120英鎊的價錢他們就給了我和我太太一間我在大型酒店見過最小的房間。我向酒店抱怨然後他們給了我們一間大點的,但是仍然比TravelLodge酒店和總理旅館（ Premier Inn）的房間小得多。（他們曾經--當然啦--試圖向我們推銷房間升級,正如他們對每個人做的那樣）。那裡所有的東西都非常破舊。傢俱看起來很老了。床很硬。水管總是有噪音。在一間雙人房裡卻衹有一人份的毛巾、一人份的洗髮水等等。當我們索要更多用品的時候,酒店工作人員完全對我們的要求嗤之以鼻,而且他們那裡的二流早餐還收費10.95英鎊。 無論如何我們不會再去了。

我之前從未評論過一個酒店,但這次卻迫不得已要警示大家當心這家讓人厭惡的酒店。這裏根本就無法稱之為四星級酒店。這裏的房間甚至還趕不上貝華特一些兩星級酒店的房間, 這裏距離市中心很遠,即使是形容如“巴比肯”一般,周圍區域也非常不好,幾乎沒什麼可看的。我們的房間很臟,牆紙都剝落了,房頂也裂開了,室內裝飾品上面都是污漬。房間裏沒有空調（衹有一台老式的破舊風扇）,所以我們感覺酷熱。也曾要求搬到另外一個房間,但酒店卻很匆忙地告訴我們酒店住滿了。在內套式的衞生間,廁所無法沖水,座位是壞的,門也無法打開,因為廁所把地方擋着了,面盆有兩個熱水龍頭（沒冷水--告訴前台這個問題後,我們還不得不自己去買水,這樣才有水喝）。玻璃很臟,電視遙控器也用不成。早餐很一般（在一個冷凍餐廳）,所以還是去外面任何一個可愛的咖啡屋或餐廳去用餐吧,價格也衹是這個價格很小的一部分。

通過super break達成這個便宜的交易,兩晚住宿加早餐,第一晚享受一頓免費晚餐!兩人一共是240英鎊,如果我早訂一天,價格更能便宜40英鎊!雖然我們想看“獅子王”,但還是認為薊花城市望樓代表不錯性價。之前我們住過很多倫敦酒店,不太怕到西區的這段距離。加上從這裏去看市長就職遊行（Lord Mayors parade）也很方便。 現在長話短説,我有充足理由警告,不要讓禮賓幫你安排出租車,他和一個私車公司是合夥的,此人除了不怎麼會説英文,還狂要價。我們看音樂劇遲到20分鐘也拜他安排的車所賜。如果你需要打車,酒店門口附近大部分時間都可以叫到黑色出租車,基本上都比較誠實可靠! 除了位置,房間和浴室陳舊這些缺點,登記入住也毫無組織,很多人都遇到插隊現象,着實讓人惱火。 優點是第一晚的食物分量足,質量好。如果沒有包在價格裏,我們要額外付款67英鎊,不包括葡萄酒。 早餐有待改善,但還行!
