Hotel muy conveniente para acceder al centro turístico. Muy bien ubicado. Grande. Recepción amable y eficiente. Habitación muy amplia, con algunos deterioros. Desayunos muy variados y de calidad razonable. Wifi irregular pero razonable comparado con otros hoteles en Irán.

Hotel muy bien situado al lado de la playa y el Bazar, un poco más distante quedan los puentes. Personal muy atento y servicial, todo muy limpio. Habitación amplia, muy buen desayuno en un amplio comedor.

Hotel céntrico, a 10 minutos de toda la zona peatonal y muy accesible para poder realizar visitas sin precisar taxi u otro transporte. Limpio pero con necesidad de rehabilitar y modernizar sus habitaciones. Restaurante aceptable, pudiendo comer no solamente comidas iraní tradicional sino también pizzas o hamburguesas (en mi opinión es mejor seguir con la comida local pues es de mayor calidad).

Muy bien situado. Te puedes mover paseando por todo el centro y cerca están la plaza y uno de los afamados puentes. El otro no está muy lejos, pero como los taxis son tan baratos... Da gusto cuando te dan la bienvenida. Te están esperando con la bandera de tu país y te ofrecen un zumo frío de granada que está muy rico. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, luminosas y limpias. La nuestra tenía hasta terraza con vistas a la avenida principal. El desayuno es espectacular, con cocina en vivo. Una amplia gama de productos. El personal siempre dispuesto a complacerte.

More than what I had expected. Reception works so fast. It has parking place even though it locates in busy streets. It is close to attractions of the city. The stuff are so friendly. Breakfast is great. The environment of lobby is cozy and full of some antiques.

My family and I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff's attitude was excellent, the restaurant's self-service was one of the best self-services I have ever seen, both for lunch and breakfast, and it may be interesting that we met a famous celebrity who is our family's favorite there.

The hotel is worse for wear. The hotel is marketed as 4 star but will pass as 2 star hotel in the West. The air conditioning unit in the first room we were allocated was making a racket. That being said, after complaining we were moved to bigger and better room. The hotel is well situated in near proximity to the Square. Breakfast was satisfactory

A very well-located hotel with a perfect breakfast. I booked SNG room, and they gave me a nice king-size bed. The room was an excellent one. You only need to walk 15 minutes to reach Imam Square, a beautiful attraction of Isfahan.

I had terrible problems with the WiFi. I spent 30 minutes at the reception and still they did not resolve it. I think the WiFi only works for 15 seconds and then it doesn't work for 10 minutes. Horrible for uploading pictures, checking your e-mail, anything. It literally doesn't work at all, don't bother to connect. The food for breakfast and dinner was good. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center, there are crosswalks on the left and right side where you can take a nice walk. The hotel looks small from the outside, but once inside it is very spacious. We only got one key for the room so I asked for another, since you must have a second key to be able to use the elevator.
