Perfect location, just near between two gondollas stations. Show cooking dining. Professional wine and cheese sommelier experience. Impressive winesafe, mainly with Bordeaux wine collection."

"In the past, this was a very classy hotel; nowadays, it's filled with noisy Russians and Romanians. The breakfast is meager, nothing special, just some toast with egg. It's best to skip the evening dinner; I've never experienced anything so mediocre. Instead, book a table at a good restaurant in the village. The management, along with a team of five, loudly convene meetings in the lobby, where guests would normally sit. They discuss finances loudly, brainstorming potential improvements to make more money. It's incredibly antisocial and a very odd situation for guests trying to read a book nearby. I would suggest investing in a proper meeting room. It has become a village solely for single men; women are as rare as hen's teeth. The après-ski venues have turned into a sort of meat market, making your wife feel uncomfortable quickly. Ischgl is no longer the charming family ski resort it used to be. It has turned into a bull's fest, ending in nightly brawls with glasses flying around in the après-ski bars. We won't be going next year."

"We had an amazing stay in the second week of April '24. Location is perfect in the center of the town close to the gondola. The half board option was great with large variety in the daily dinner menu which equals fine dining experience. A big plus is the wellness spa and indoor swimming pool. The hotel service is impeccable: reception welcome, car valet parking, spa massage booking, room cleaning. This was our third time staying at the hotel and you don't get better hotel quality & convenience in Ischgl."

"experiencia doble ,cuando uno va a esquiar es una aventura pero en este hotel la aventura es doble ,uno por el esqui y la otra por LA CENA ,increíble demostración de conocimiento ,de buen gusto y de amabilidad.Lei en otro review cosas totalmente NO ciertas ,como por ejemplo no había quesos ,decirles que hay por lo menos 15 a la cena y no menos de 10 en el desayuno.La atención en el restaurante es 10 puntos amabilidad y sincronización SIEMPRE .El hotel es muyyy con todo lo que se espera de un hotel 5 estrellas de esquife, zona de relax impecable, habitaciones supercomodas,pero lo que destaca por sobre todas las cosas es la comida del restaurante ,uno o el mejor chef de AUSTRIA segundo me han dicho y creo que con 1 estrella Michelin .todas las noches 5 pasos en la cena y la noche de gala 7 . es verdad que podría costar menos una botella de agua o una botella de vino ,pero es un restaurante único y vale la pena vivirlo ,si lo puede pagar ,felicitaciones Trofana Royal ,lastima que me voy mañana ,pero volveré la próxima con mis hijos."

"The best accommodation. The best receptionist PIA, ever seen before. She is very professional, helpful, client oriented and polite. She help us to sorted out the big problem with rented by SIXT car. She was always on a phone using her knowledges of law and rights in Österreich. She was always did a job not under her responsibilities in order to help us. I believe that the hotel management take into account our review of PIA. The hotel is super, nice food, perfect location and hospitality!!! Next year definitely to Ischgl to Fliana hotel!!!"

"All style, no substance. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. The best summary would be: money-grabbing, unhelpful staff, poor service, and badly designed apartments. We would not stay here again. It feels like a place that focuses on appearance rather than actually delivering a good guest experience. One positive is the location is very good and the hotel next door is a welcoming place to be. The apartments are advertised as sleeping six, but you are charged per person. From the moment we walked in we were repeatedly chased for cash payments for the city tax and cleaning fee. It was never properly explained why this had to be paid in cash. No other place we stayed in Austria operated like this, which felt questionable. Despite paying an extra €650 to use the sofa bed in a six-person apartment, the sofa bed wasn’t even made up when we arrived. The apartment design is also odd and poorly thought through. Both bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms, meaning anyone sleeping on the sofa bed has to walk through someone else’s bedroom just to use the bathroom. For a newly renovated property, the details are surprisingly poor: • No USB charging points in the sockets • TVs missing from bedroom walls • The TVs in the living room did not connect to the internet, so they didn’t work The service was equally disappointing. Staff were rarely on site and when they were present they were unhelpful and quite rude. We were never sent the information for the VIP lift passes, which meant we ended up paying more for lift passes than we should have. The night buzzers also didn’t work, which is concerning if you actually needed assistance. Before arriving we were told (after calling the number provided) that parking and an EV charging point would be available. However, when we arrived we were told we could not park there and there was no charger available. Check-out was handled just as poorly. Staff were rude and told us there was nowhere to leave luggage or shower after 10am, despite being told at check-in that this would be possible because guests from the previous day had been allowed to do so. This level of inflexibility is very unusual for ski accommodation. Another issue was the boot room, which is not heated, meaning your ski boots and gear remain cold and damp every day. For nearly €4,000 for a week, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. In the end we actually left a night early. This was my 10th trip to Austria this season, and without question it was the worst service I’ve experienced. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place."

"Designated apartment was cold and not heated. Very small for 4 people let alone 6. After complaint we were immediately given a choice of 2 other apartments. The choice was better but still no heating, we are advised to turn on the oven with the door open!"
