In the middle of nowhere ligt dit moderne Agriturismo. Ontvangst was vriendelijk. Complex is nieuw, ‘binnenplaats’ is een sfeerloos plein, waaromheen de gebouwen staan. Het zwembad in de tuin is super. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein. Er is geen restaurant dus je moet voor het diner naar de stad. Het zou makkelijk voor de gasten zijn om een simpele ‘wat de pot schaft’ maaltijd als diner aan te bieden. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en er is volop keuze tussen hartig en zoet. Dagelijks werd de kamer schoon gemaakt en werden handdoeken vervangen. Personeel is super aardig. Fijne plek, locatie wat minder.

Addauro Resort is situated a few km outside of Syracuse so you need a car otherwise you'll be a bit stuck. We were upgraded to a poolside room which was perfect as it was also on the end of the block which meant it was quiet. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and very good shower. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and was very well managed. The coffee was very good. The room where you have breakfast wasn't exactly luxurious but it served its purpose.

The positive: it is fairly new, quite proper and some of the staff guest oriented. Unfortunately this applies not for all of the staff - there are some rather talk with other employees what easily can make you to wait 10 minutes for your coffee. Anyway the “Ressort” is very much out in the no-were, has no restaurant for dinner, just a bar, a very poor breakfast - only toast bread, the room have no windows!!! (Only a glass door). I would call that a Ressort. This are just some (windowless) bungalows in the middle of farmers land. No way to do there anything without car, no relaxed dinner, ….

A wonderful relaxing stay. Nice quiet resort; at the same time it is in an excellent position for visiting the beautiful places of eastern Sicily.

We spent 2 days at Addauro and found nearby restaurants hard to find because the Hotel was not open for dinner in the evenings. If we had a car it would have been easier, because taxis were expensive. The pool at Addauro was brilliant, the bikes not so and the tea tray per room could have included a bit more than 3 tea bags and 1 powder milk.
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay, if we come back we will hire a car.

Buon hotel con poche camere solo a piano terra , camera spaziosa che dava sulla piscina, giardino chiuso e sorvegliato per non avere problemi con la moto, colazione ottima e personale gentile e disponibile. Unico neo negativo la posizione, decentrato in aperta campagna non così facile da trovare. In ogni caso da ritornarci

Tutte le ragazze del resort sono state sempre molto gentilissime ed accoglienti dal primo all'ultimo momento! Location isolata ma vicino a tutti i punti strategici che occorre visitare in zona, pulita e ben tenuta in linea generale, poca scelta per la colazione, ma meglio così, per evitare sprechi inutili, insomma poco ma buono! Piscina pulitissima e molto bella!
