"I spent a week with Red Uakari jungle tours newest lodge near Paraiso. It was a true experience and adventure. Orlando said i would be family while i was there and that's exactly how i felt. Between Orlando, his brother Dustin i was treated to a host of new and exciting things. We fished bay day and spear fished by night. Although Fishing was my main focus, we did so much more, like mud baths in yhe Amazon, jungle walks in the day and night ( spotting animals), visited the local village, they even taught me you to make lemon grass tea and Platanitos. This isn't my first trip into the Amazon...actually my 4th but I'm done trying new lodges. I've always felt as a tourist...Orlando and Dustin made me feel like their brother. Its my new permanent go to spot in the jungle! In addition, the small lodge is on the edge of an even smaller village. I found it fascinating to be in the mix, but sometimes just a quiet spectator of every day village life. Let be know that Orlando and Dustin along with Red Uakari jungle tours do so much for the community...by stays with them you will be too. You'll see it directly during your stay. Buy the ticket and take the ride with Red Uakari jungle tours! They're the real deal!"
