1st time staying the hotel. Amazing service as allowing for early check in due to raining whole day and with kid. Love their free supper and best location as connected to the mall. Hassle free if raining session.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering great convenience due to its proximity to the shopping mall. The entire team, from the front desk to the backend staff, consistently provides outstanding service. One minor suggestion would be to moderate the salt levels in the daily breakfast offerings.

Overall, the stay was ok. Pros: • Complimentary parking for hotel guests. • Supper is provided at 11pm, which is a nice added benefit. • Complimentary snacks included when upgrading to the Executive Room. • Excellent location — the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall. • Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and they willingly share food recommendations and nearby attractions.

Firstly, I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday with my family (husband and 2 teenage boys). I chose this hotel because it was advertised on Trip.com that connecting rooms are available for Premier Twin Room type. I have mentioned "Connecting Rooms" as special request upon booking through Trip.com. I have also reminded them about my request for "Connecting Rooms" via email. This is probably the 1st time I experienced no response from a hotel after sending out an email. Upon check-in, their very unfriendly front desk lady told me there is no connecting room for the room type I booked and even asked me to show proof of the advertisement which I claimed it states "connecting rooms" available for this room type. After showing her the advertisement then she said connecting rooms are only available if I book 1 king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom....I won't know if no one tells me cos I don't work in the hotel. I totally understand when a hotel tells you that your request is subject to availability (that means it's on a 1st come 1st served basis) but in this case they are telling me that it is never been available because I was so stupid to book 2 twin rooms instead of a king bed + a twin beds!?? I wouldn't be so upset if they didn't keep questioning me e.g. "where did you see the advertisement stated connecting rooms?" "to whom the email was sent?" "you should have called us and not sending emails..." Please if the "special request" section fill in by the customer is never been valued by the hotel then you should not have asked in the 1st place cos when we made a certain request (reasonable request) and it is not being responded it made us feel so stupid!!! In the end they told us to move to a connecting room on our 2nd night but it won't help to make up for what it has already been ruined. I cannot accept that I have to be separated with my family on my birthday!!! Secondly, breakfast venue was horrible. we were given a table near the entrance but it was fine for me actually. But I was asked to stand up in order for the staff to push through the cart (for dirty dishes)?! When I told the staff that their table setting/layout is not right and they shouldn't have asked their customer to stand up and give way to the cart when customers r dining halfway...guess what was the answer? "Madam, as u can see 500 guests are having breakfast here..." It that my problem of your hotel hosting 500 guests?!!! Tell your boss your hotel is short of manpower and you cannot house 500 guests!!!! Thirdly, I put up a sign outside the room in the morning before leaving for sightseeing requesting for housekeeping service and again our requests are being ignored. It was not done when we return to the hotel in the afternoon. Housekeeper came only in the late afternoon when I was taking a nap. Fun fact : housekeeper was few doors away from our rooms in that morning when we left our rooms. Question: Only selective rooms / guests get housekeeping services?

Value for money choice. I stay at Weil hotel for 5day4nights. Its lobby connects to shopping plaza enterance. It provides you shopping choice even rainy day. Staff attutide is excellent and helpful. The room space is  big enough, comfort ventilation. They offer delicious , greate variety food breakfast. You can taste famous local food in one place, there.  Thank you Weil Hotel. The hotel is located next to Ipoh Parade and near to eateries. Very convenient and the view from the room is great!

The room is big and I had a comfortable stay. It would be better if they top up the beverage like tea bags and toiletries just like other hotel.

Everything was good Nothing to complain about Anyhow, would like to remark if the hotel could always check those toiletries, beddings, of each rooms, this thing will not be done in one day, but someone should be assign in this task to make sure the hotel will not run out of shape Everything is good Small little notes : lots of dust in the bathtub, which i have to clean it myself, hope the management would put more attention on it

Will definitely recommend and return. Love the room, the filtered water dispenser, the breakfast with so many local goodies like Chee Cheong Fun and hand made pratha, the supper with red bean soup, home made soy and porridge, Ipoh parade in the same building. Perfect!

Hotel was refurbished well and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and supper was provided

The room is excellent with comfortable bed and washroom. Great location adjacent to Ipoh Parade and 20 minutes walking distance to Ipoh Old Town (i.e. Concubine Lane). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful everywhere from counter to breakfast to supper!!! Highly recommended hotel for all purposes.

Bell service not present, I unload my luggage myself to the trolley. Maybe staff too busy.
