"This place is an absolute scam. I booked here in Feb 2026 for a date in late March. ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN, late in the afternoon, they let me know the place is suddenly under construction and unavailable, and they've rebooked me in their decidedly inferior sister hotel somewhere else. Dead bugs, auto parts in the yard, broken fixtures. They did have the kindness to supply earplugs (never had a hotel supply these before) because it's right off a large road with lots of truck traffic. Sadly, though I tried to resolve the dispute through *********** they ultimately did nothing to help me--no refund. Bottom line--you can not trust *********** to help you when their hotel suppliers scam you."

The staff were very very friendly and even shared their evening meal when they cooked more than they needed. Location is very convenient for downtown Bishop."

"It was disastrous! Our booking for two rooms were confirmed and we had even called the day before to make sure our bookings were intact. However, on arrival, we found a long line at their sister Trees hotel where we were told to pick up the keys. They were overbooked and tried to relocate us but there were no rooms available in the whole town. Finally, we were given one room, with faulty plumbing, for the four of us. It would have been unimagizif there was not even this room!!"
