La ubicación era excelente y la habitación también era muy espaciosa. Sin embargo, había espacios de estacionamiento muy limitados y tomamos el último espacio disponible para el día. De lo contrario tendremos que aparcar en otro sitio y volver andando al hotel. El hotel era muy agradable y el personal también era amable. Buen lugar para qued****.

El hotel como siempre muy bien , repetimos la visita .Tanto el hotel como las habitaciones todo muy limpio Las nuevas habitaciones plus lo han mejorado tienen heladera y son más cómodas El personal muy atento.Bien ubicado

Hace poco estuve alojado en este hotel Situación Buena Habitaciones Amplias y cómodas Camas Las sábanas no son completas Almohadas, con reservas Servicio de recepción Deja que desear Le pedí al chico de recepción que indicara si podía dejar el coche en el parking del hotel ( 11£/ 24h) quién respondió que sin problema No comprobó si había sitio por las cámaras o en su sistema Cuando llegue al parking, no habia sitio. Subí a recepción, me indico que no sabía... pero que podía dejar el coche el parking del supermercado de enfrente pagando un cantidad. Cuando fui al parking del supermercado, no se admitía dejar el coche por la noche. Volví a recepción, el mismo chico me indicó que no era su problema, que preguntará en el supermercado o bien que había un parking 6 minutos andando. ¿ no podía haberlo indicado desde el principio? Muy mal servicio se información El desayuno muy bien

We stayed at River Ness from 30.03 to 05.04 Team Paul, Tyler, Nathan, Gary,Alen are excellent and professional. Thank you for everything. The hotel is nice and tidy, the atmosphere is family. All the best. Thank you and greetings from Croatia.

I had a very comfortable and clean room overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and the bathroom and furniture were functionally very good. I liked that I could control the room temperature. Check in was rapid and friendly, the breakfasts were excellent and staff service was also very good. The hotel is well located with very easy access to the shops and restaurants in the centre of Inverness. I had a very pleasant stay here and can highly recommend this hotel. Other family members have previously had a similar positive experience.

This was probably one of the cleanest Premier Inns we have stayed in. Fantastic location - not too far from the centre. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn buffet breakfast - plenty of food, no empty dishes or waiting for food to be topped up. Friendly and helpful staff. A slight negative - we arrived at 3pm after a very long drive (over 7 hours) and the room was not ready until 3.30pm. We had to hang around in reception until this was sorted. Reception did however arrange for free parking for the length of our stay as an apology for our slight inconvenience.

Had a lovely time here. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location, only a short walk from the railway station and in walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Good price.

Absolutely fantastic! lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Thyme restaurant... again lovely staff! they made sure we had our veggie sausage etc for breakfast every day. One small thing... could be a couple of extra veggie options on the dinner menu? having said that, we had a lovely pizza and a delicious veggie burger, can't fault the food! 4 very happy Welsh people... Will deffo visit again!

From arrival to departure everything was good. Staff were professional and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Paul and Kerrin who were lovely and made us feel so welcome . Breakfast was tasty, if a little cold. Evening meal was delicious
