No detail has been left out with our outdoor space intended to enjoy beautiful mountain views, sunrises, sunsets, or night star gazing. We have two level of decks with lots of new furniture to relax in, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a 8 person hot tub and firepit. These amazing views can also be enjoyed inside where there is a large picture window in our living room and loft area. For those who do not want to miss their favorite sporting event, we have seven TVs available for enjoying your favorite movie or sports team. Even though we are in the mountains, we have great wifi service to stream with, Bluetooth speakers to enjoy music outside, There is a wet bar area with pool table , puzzles, and games to play. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, Smart TV, and is ensuite with a full bath. The second room is equally spacious as the main bedroom with a king sized bed and Smart TV as well. A great and convenient place to begin or end a kayak or floating trip down the New River. There is also a walking path down to the creek on the lower portion of the Berry Barn property. The Berry Barn is located 15 minutes from downtown West Jefferson - which has shopping, restaurants, breweries, a movie theatre, and the famous Ashe County Cheese Store. Downtown Boone is only about 20-25 minutes away. As the small town that hosts Appalachian State University, there are tons of things to do and see in Boone. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessible with a 20 minute drive. The hiking and sightseeing possibilities are endless from there! There is a beautiful, moderately-easy waterfall hike located on near the Barn on the Parkway called Cascade Falls- which is always a guest favorite!There is no cable, however there is Wifi available.
