This newly spruced up cabin is located at the top of the mountain and is walking distance to the golf course, The Lodge, and downtown. The cabin has WiFi, two smart TVs, a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, and a cozy modern decor! NO HEAT or central AC, but the cabin warms up nicely with with fireplace and blower, as well as provided space heaters. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes, a gas stove and oven, a full size fridge and freezer, and a large table to enjoy your meals.Each bedroom has new Queen mattresses and a dresser to put your clothes away. The master bedroom has a large closet and a full size washer and dryer for laundry and the second bedroom has a Roku Smart TV. No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin.No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. Daytime guests will be counted as guests. If you have family or friends that are camping, staying at another property etc. and need to do laundry, shower or visiting but aren’t staying the night.
