Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck. NO TV SERVICES AT ALL. Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions; and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.The stairway and door constitute a private entry.I will provide you with a passcode for the deadlock. It is in a condominium building with other condos and condominium buildings around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's -- so there may be limited privacy out there.The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for ADULT GUESTS ONLY -- no children and pets. It can be slippery with snow and rain -- so please be careful!The condo complex no longer provides satellite TV services. Our 2,600 sqft cabin was just recently renovated and boasts a spacious and open living, dining and kitchen. We are located less than a mile from the Angel Fire Country Club and Monte Verde lake, and 1.7 miles from the base of the ski lifts. Fiber internet is provided, which is great for those who want to work remotely. *Hot tub is a $100 fee for the entire stay should you want to use it. You will need to state if you want to use the hot tub in the comment section when you initially book the property and the fee will be added. The living area has three comfy couches to provide generous seating and includes a gaming zone with shuffleboard, foosball and various board games. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a desk work space, pull out couch, ensuite bathroom, his and hers sinks, and plenty of closet space.
