«We booked this hotel out of convenience during a road trip around Germany. We were having difficulties finding a place in Hamburg and found out Schwerin has a very nice castle and is a very beautiful city off the beaten path. There isn't much around the hotel but we planned on just sleeping here. It is a very quiet location. There is plenty of parking but it is a bit tight even with the small car we had rented. The hotel had a few amenities like a business work station, big dining area, sauna and a lobby bar. We had booked a family room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed turned out to be some sort of a single mattress which was fine because we booked for three people. The room was nice with a big TV, a couple of seating areas, plenty of lighting, a coffee station and an ironing board. We found extra pillows in the closet and they were very comfy. We had a great night's rest here and felt refreshed in the morning. The bathroom was good too with a nice shower and individual bath products for conditioner, shampoo and shower gel. They had a large bottle of body lotion too that was not strapped to the wall. The hair dryer was tucked away in the closet. The only complaint we would have for the bathroom was that the toilet button worked very inconsistently so we were not able to flush the toilet despite pushing up to ten times. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with a good amount of hot and cold items. They had scrambled eggs, meatballs, bread, deli meats and some breads. There were coffee machines, a juice dispenser and a selection of tea. We went around 8 am on the weekend and it was already pretty busy with limited seating but we think the day we went everyone decided to go for breakfast around the same time and leave. The chairs here are also pretty comfy and there are lots of seating options. Check in was super quick when we arrived late at night. All I had to do was sign my name and write my email to get the key cards for the room. During check out I had mentioned that the toilet in the room was not flushing properly and they had initially offered to switch me rooms but the lady at the front desk seemed to mention that there is an issue with these buttons in some of the rooms then offered us complimentary parking. We were surprised that the hotel had paid parking because of their location and from my understanding it is around 4 euros a night.»

«Hotel war okay . Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch okay gewesen aber die Wände waren teilweise sehr beschmutzt . Badezimmer war sauber . Betten waren auch sauber .Zimmerlage war nicht ganz so toll ,man konnte nicht viel sehen ,aber für eine Nacht ,okay. Gläser standen auf dem Tisch aber kein Wasser stand da zum trinken bei Ankunft .Man konnte sich aber von unten was kaufen gehen . Mahlzeiten also Frühstück konnte man mit buchen ,hatten wir aber nicht . Frühstück scheint aber gut gewesen zu sein ,waren echt viele Leute da am Morgen und hatten gegessen .Buffet sah gut aus ☺️»

«Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, jedoch nicht vollständig, da der Saunabereich enttäuschend war. Die Dampfsauna war defekt, und die untere Sauna ist sehr klein – es passen nur zwei Personen hinein. Trotzdem wurde der volle Saunapreis berechnet. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut und appetitlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung gelegen und gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Trotz der genannten Mängel würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.»

«Idyllisch gelegen am Faulen See und Rand des Schlossparks. Stadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle aber auch nicht weit. Zimmer sind gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Gutes Boxspringbett, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die freie Sicht ins Bad. Man kann dies mit einem Vorhang ausblenden. Leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf den See. Die Bar und Terrasse ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Parkplätze vorhanden. Schöne Sauna mit Ruheräumen drinnen und draußen.»

«【シュヴェリーン城巡りに最適】 最寄り駅のシュヴェリーンミッテからは徒歩約7分と少し歩きますが、この街のスポットの一つであるシュヴェリーン城のすぐ近くに位置しており、観光に便利です。 まずホテルに着くと、建物入口ドアが施錠されてるので、インターホンでスタッフに開けてもらえるよう伝えます。 チェックインすると自分の部屋と建物入口ドア兼用の鍵をもらえるので、宿泊中は出入り可能になります。 ただし、ホテルの注意書きにもあるように、チェックインとチェックアウト時間は限定的で、基本的にチェックイン時間帯しかスタッフがフロントにいないようです。そのため、チェックアウト後に手荷物を預かってもらうのは困難に思います。 その点を除けば、不自由なく滞在できるはずです。»
