«It was a lovely stay. There are Chinese restaurants right next to the hotel and the Mountain View was absolutely amazing from the hot pool on the rooftop. After our adventurous day we went back to the hotel to relax , swim and enjoy our evening . Thank you to the receptionists for the wonderful service .»

«The hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming. A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort. The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun. Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.»

«Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.»

Yuan se reservaba para la habitación básica , no estaba esperando mucho para permanecer, y el resultado fue que no es bueno. El balcón está en frente de la pradera en el área pública, y el pequeño cuerpo puede ver el paisaje del lago, porque en el primer piso, se siente como un pequeño jardín. El hotel está cerca de la zona del panorama, puede caminar a la zona del panorama, también puede conducir a la profundidad del Valle de la Mancha Roja para ver el jardín del escenario, hay fósforos de noche para ver, y el viaje corto pasa más de medio día. La recepción es muy eficiente, y el gerente de la sala de estar también ayuda activamente a resolver algunos pequeños problemas que se han encontrado durante su estancia. La experiencia es muy intimida. Junto con la fábrica de lanzaderas rojas que se fue a la mañana, el viaje fue muy satisfactorio.»

«本人已短短數月內第三次來英德，因上次搜尋酒店時看到這間酒店，今次的三日兩夜之旅的第一個晚上便選擇了住在此。民宿創辦人很友善，在我們登記入住時已跟我們聊天及介紹他們的貓貓 🐱 這裏的設計由創辦人的女兒處理，庭院裏也種植不少草藥及生果，綠色環境概念，十分舒適 🌱員工們也很友善及盡責，在微信內都很快回應你的需求。而晚餐需出發前一天預訂，他們的火鍋套餐內的那隻雞很新鮮、肉肉十分彈牙，朋友與我都吃了3/4隻呢 🤭 加上我們入住的時間是清明時節，所以民宿都親自製造一些傳統應節甜點，不太甜，好吃 👍🏻 總括來說，是次入住經驗十分滿意， 下次會再入住 🫶🏻 雖然地點會有一點偏遠，但民宿內的設施都算是應有盡有 😊 可惜我的貓貓們在香港，真想帶牠們來 😩 因此間酒店是歡迎寵物入住 🐾 但他們的貓貓公關組也很可愛，最喜歡軟綿綿的咖啡豆 😍»

«Very nice stay. Everything was fine, except maybe the fact that we could smell cigarette smoke coming from the next room, probably due to ventilation. Everything else was very good. Nice breakfast!»
