（客房手冊服務形同虛設）第二天用餐不打折，客房手冊清楚地寫着用餐9折，餐廳説節假日不能用
（餐廳服務人員素質差）早餐，我們三個人三張券，而且給的時候説了是三個人，客服數都不數，讓孩子補票。
其他就不説了，總之齊雲山景點活動不錯，但是就月華酒店，真是體驗極差！

«再次遊玩齊雲山，這次選擇住在休寧縣城，於是入住了學而酒店，沒想到如此低的房價竟給我如此的驚喜:環境好，園林化設計；服務熱情，無論是前台、餐廳，還是門前的安保；房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，精心的佈置充滿温馨。下午入住後在縣城逛了一圈，決定就在酒店的中餐廳用餐，菜品新鮮量足，關鍵是味道可口，鮮甜鹹辣適中。第二天的自助早餐品種豐富，有面點，米粥，飲料水果，還有各種炒菜及小菜。因為是旅遊淡季，又恰逢在冬至時候，酒店的客人很少，我們晚餐及晚餐就餐時沒有看到其他客人，好像被我們包場一樣（😁😁😁）但絲毫沒有降低服務質量。因為入住那天還是冬至，餐廳還特意為我們送了一份餃子，所以這次我多寫了些，必須給個大大的贊👍»

Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and even helped me to arrange for transport. Breakfast can also be bought there. Will recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area. DDiver MikelThe tree hotel is absolutely amazing and I would love to come back at any time. I booked the Jimo house and although a bit of expensive it was worth this great experience. You are only surrounded by the trees and this house let the morning light in by the specially designed glass windows! All bathroom is at a normal hotel level. You cannot drive your car into the forest area, so the service personnel will pick you up and drive you to the house and restaurant. With the booking cam along a number of vouchers and a free dinner! Very nice and exciting at all!

Al salir del hotel el día siguiente, vi que incluso en el momento de la punta, el estacionamiento trasero se ha separado eficazmente de los vehículos y no se ha congelar.
