因為靠近高速路口，長途開車很晚了才臨時入住，其中一間房間廁所異味，無奈自己熱水沖了半天，而且馬桶上居然還有毛髮。
2.用品不全：
親子公園，房間沒有小童洗漱用品那些就算了，想幫孩子要多一對拖鞋和牙刷，前台居然還要請示老闆，不過好在後麪同意了。
3.收按金且退還不及時：
更離譜的是，都2025年了，入住酒店居然還要按金，兩間房300元，按金也算了，退房時居然説系統壞了，等修好才能退按金。結果等離開後的第二天忽然想起來一直沒退，想電話催問，但攜程預留電話一直打不通。無奈直接聯繫了平台，平台幫忙聯繫後才把按金退了。
而且，酒店還嘴硬，跟攜程説早就退了，其實明明就是電話投訴後才退款！太離譜了！
平時真的沒有差評習慣，縣城設施可能沒那麼完善也理解，如果不是因為後面按金插曲也不想評論了，但是！真的很氣很氣！如實評價，圖片可作證。»

UUsuario invitado西河村的風景特別美，民宿就在古村落裏，離可遊玩的景點非常近，走路兩分鐘就能到。民宿老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，做飯也非常好吃，給我們指路了很多可以遊玩的地方，還給我們指路讓我們挖了很多竹筍。遊玩過後坐在民宿小院子裏吃柴火飯特別香，看着裊裊炊煙升起有種歲月靜好的感覺。民宿的衞生環境也非常好，床單被罩什麼都是一客一換的，入住可以提前給老闆打電話，院子裏有位置停車。總之在這裏住很温馨也很開心，非常滿意。注：我不是託）

LLong～～～先説基本條件，本人先後僅僅兩次前往新縣，巧合的是兩次都在同一酒店，同一房間，推開窗户，傲視潢河，一覽無窮！出門漫步河岸，春風徐來，是難有的愜意！有過小橋，是新縣廣場，全縣中心！忙完了，可以驅車西河，感受那裡人少景美好風水，也可以騎行鄂豫皖蘇區首府，仰視英雄，迴歸初心！
