缺點：1.隔音較差，關門關窗狀態下，窗外、走廊和隔壁房間的聲音都很清晰；2.房型較小，所有商務大床房房型均無牀頭櫃及床頭插座，充電較為不便；3.屋內燈暗淡，夜晚全燈開啟也較為昏黃；4.窗外正對居民樓，白天若沒有着裝整齊則不方便打開窗簾；5.衞生間門口有一條隔離小台階，進出需要小心別被絆倒或踢腳。
優點：1.採光很好，窗外有小區內綠化，環境還算優美，空氣清新；2.衞生條件不錯，乾淨整潔，麻雀雖小五臟俱全；3.服務態度周到，房型小問題前台有提前告知且詢問是否要提前看房間；4.位置條件優越，緊挨着家庭號商廈，購物十分便利，走路前往即可。

«總體的體驗是很不錯的，下午5點到店，辦完手續，服務員將行李送到房間，並告知怎樣遊玩，去泡了一個多小時温泉，就去了旅遊小鎮，大年初二真的很熱鬧，窄寬巷子就是一條美食街，可以品嚐這種小吃，然後購票進小鎮，門票很便宜，分別觀看了篝火晚會和燈光煙花秀，很是震撼，還有很多孩子玩的東西，回到房間都10點了，自助早餐也不錯，品種比較多。美中不足的是，温泉裏設施有點老舊，因為太冷，沒辦法泡的盡興。»
