«酒店滑雪套餐真的是性價比很高了，酒店環境也不錯，雖然是距離雪場遠了點，但是有接駁車拉也還好，基本上不用怎麼等，滑雪的雪道很多人流適中，雪具大廳總有工作人員時刻來幫忙，滑雪體驗非常好。
酒店房間基本設施都齊全，暖氣很足很熱，就是特別特別幹。早餐飯菜味道都不錯，價格也不貴，送的温泉票也挺好，滑完雪去泡個澡很舒服。
就是服務需要提升。接送高鐵站的大巴班次不算多，然後時間地點還不準，説是下午3點發的車，問酒店人員是不是準時也不確定，走過去看到大巴來了，拖着箱子跑過去大巴一秒都不帶等的就跑了，這個確實是讓人挺無語的。»

«La habitación estaba bien, limpia, pero no mucho espacio para las maletas. Buena cama y ducha. Del resto del hotel no puedo decir mucho. La dirección de trip que dimos al taxista no funcionó. Tuvimos que coger dos taxis para llegar, uno nos dejó en el Centro comercial Wanda, y allí tuvimos q coger otro que nos dejó cerca. Tuvimos que andar y fijarnos en la foto de Trip de la fachada, pero esa fachada era un restaurante. Seguimos preguntando a la gente del barrio. Nadie conocía el hotel (por el nombre que aparece en Trip). Finalmente, con la app de traducir, una mujer nos llevó a un edificio, q no era el hotel. Resultó que el hotel estaba al lado de ese edificio, pero con un nombre diferente. Parece que tiene 3 nombres, pero el de Trip no es el de su fachada. Recomiendo que arreglen esto.
Por otro lado, al entrar, solo olía a humo. No fue muy agradable después de la dificultad de llegar allí. La entrada es bonita, dedicada al té, que me encanta, pero rodeado del olor a humo, se quita el placer de tomar té. Las habitaciones para no fumadores y los pasillos no huelen a humo, parece que solo es la entrada. A mí no me gusta entrar en un hotel y que apeste a humo de tabaco. Pero está es mi mentalidad española. A los dueños de este hotel les debe parecer normal.»

UUsuario invitado這次旅行入住的酒店住的非常滿意，酒店的服務態度超級好，酒店人員一直保持着親切的微笑，非常專業温柔有親和力。酒店的位置也很方便，交通也很便利，距離中心商業街非常的近，前台推薦了當地人都去的夜市，距離酒店很近，打車也就幾塊錢。酒店環境也很乾凈整潔，房間的設施非常齊全，生活用品一應俱全。餐廳衞生特別好吃起來很安心，品種也很豐富。服務效率高，房間面積大，通風很好採光也不錯。總體來説特別滿意，以後來梅河口還住在這，強烈推薦大家入住 。

BBlade.around.the.worldAlthough the regular Hanting Hotels are a bit to basic for me, the Hanting Premium Hotels, like this particular one, are really a very reliable and well recognised brand. This one does not disappoint.
The rooms at the Hanting Premium Hotel Tonghua are superb in it's category with full amenities and smart design.
The location in itself is moderately strategic with being a 15 minutes walk to either the malls or the riverside. The major drawback is this hotel's immediate surroundings which are very disappointing. The hotel itself is located in a decrepit distribution centre which also has plastic and paper recycling shops around. There is garbage everywhere, it's pitch dark at night and the huge parking area is pretty seedy with huge trucks parked around.
One would wish this excellent property was located a few blocks down the road in a smarter environment.
