UUsuario invitado這次去霞浦碰到的寶藏民宿，不想住人多的東壁村，東壁村的民宿溢價高並且人多吵鬧，選擇在小皓村這裏一住就是三天，民宿在位於小皓村，去東壁村看日落開車幾分鐘就到了，老闆娘是本地人，很熱情，民宿離趕海的地方很近，還提供電動車免費使用，有停車場有充電樁，衞生很乾凈，重要的是有電梯，對長者小孩很友好，可帶寵物入住。
淡季的時候還可以買海鮮叫老闆娘幫忙加工，費用不貴，碼頭買的海鮮也便宜，比去外面吃海鮮實惠太多了。

Obviamente es mejor tomar un taxi. Pero si caminas, sal de la estación y sigas la carretera hacia abajo de la colina. Ignore la primera vuelta y sigas hasta la siguiente. Hay una fila de cinco edificios grandes y el hotel es el último. Muy visible. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas con puntos de carga junto a la cama. Ducha y WC son excelentes. Las matraces están muy cómodas aquí. Habitación equipada con todo para duchar, cabello y dientes. El desayuno buffet es excelente con una amplia selección de alimentos. Esta vez me dieron una habitación de té japoneses. Tengo 65 años y no me sirvo. Así que no práctico para ir al lodo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleep near the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

But most of, the people running this hotel were the ones the really made the stay extra special. They went out of their way to make sure I have comfortable stay, either by helping me book car for going around the place or by taking me to restaurant for dinners. Highly recommended!!!!!

UUsuario invitadoGood location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor.
We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in.
The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer.
The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

GGavin Travis-The location is accessible, it's just behind Walmart and a few blocks away from Wanda Plaza. Ningde has shared e-bikes you can scan, so it's convenient to go around the area.
-The property is about 15 minutes to and from the railway station, longer if you take the bus.
-It's a renovated old building and it has no elevator (but shouldn't be a major issue since it's only a 2 story building. The room is clean, bed is comfy, good lighting, and I had a comfortable sleep.
-interiors and amenities might need updating for aesthetic, but honestly won't affect your stay.
-Check-in was swift, but could have used some help with my luggage and assistance in opening the door since I had 2 luggages.
Overall, I had positive experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
