«We stayed 10 days in Golden Eagle in June 2023. The location of this hotel is great. The service is awesome. The front desk reception Michelle and others are friendly and professional. I ran into the general manager in the lobby one day asking where to buy 风油精, she worked with her staff to get me one in a few mins. The breakfast is good with many choices. The gym is fine and my boy likes it. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under repair so he didn’t get a chance to use it. We will surely recommend this hotel to my friends. »

The reception is area of the hotel is large, warm and has good seating. The room is very spacious and clean. It’s great having a couch to sit on and the bathroom is very nice, shower is great! Housekeeping do a lovely job of cleaning every day and are so generous with drinking water on a daily basis. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety and long hours. Tennis players if you are coming to Maanshan this is a very good hotel. Location is great, plenty of food places and supermarkets around the corner and Wanda mall is a 15 min walk away. Thanks Ni Hao we will stay with you again!

SScarlettYY近幾日住過本酒店兩種房型的大床房。
設施：看中今年新開業，設施比較新，選擇的麗呈睿軒，小度智能控制確實很方便。不過衞生間不是智能馬桶，這個天氣坐着蠻冷的。洗臉枱盆處無毛巾架，但有温馨提示：本着綠色環保，建議減少布草的洗滌，可多次使用（大概這個意思吧）。不過我用過的毛巾沒地方晾掛，如果丟在枱面上，下次再用來洗臉，心裏多少有點膈應。
衞生：1.第一晚剛入住，準備用洗手間，發現座圈上有明顯的黃色尿漬，以及未用乾布擦乾淨的水漬，裏面還有未沖乾淨的黑色雜質，不知道是什麼。（及時聯繫了前台客服，前台工作人員帶着保潔阿姨過來迅速打掃了一下衞生間馬桶，並表達了歉意）；2.剛開始淋浴間下水很慢，以為是地漏設計上的問題，並未在意，自己洗頭髮都會把頭髮放在牆面隔板上，生怕堵地漏。後來發現水越積越深，一直漫到了房間，因為正在洗澡不方便聯繫客房部處理，沒有手套我徒手扣開地漏才發現堆積了一團長長短短的毛髮，接着下水就順暢了，還自行擦乾了地面，擦完拍照，照片依然可以看到地面的水跡。這時已經對酒店衞生很不滿意了，並且對我自己造成很大不便。退房時和前台客服反映了這個情況，希望保潔阿姨可以加強打掃細節，以免給住客帶來困擾和不便。因此，衞生分我實事求是打得並不高。
環境：酒店在大樓的22/23層，地毯看着很新，房間剛進來會有裝修後遺留的味道，需要開窗通風。樓層高，周邊視野開闊。
服務：第一晚預訂房間時備註了有小孩，需要小童拖鞋和踩腳凳，酒店都有認真準備，這個服務很好。需要更多衣架，聯繫了前台，也很快幫忙送來了。早餐準備得也很貼心。這些很加分。 第二次入住歡迎水果是爛的…其實少給一些也沒問題的🥲 另外，烘乾機網兜裏的積灰很厚，我清理出來後整個洗衣房裡都沒找到垃圾桶，無奈衹好放在枱面上，並寫了便簽貼貼在垃圾旁。
