«La experiencia del hotel de esta viaje es llena! Una vez entrado, el personal de la recepción se dio una sonrisa, entusiasmo y amable, me ayudó rápidamente a tratar las formalidades de esta estancia, y me presentó en profundidad las instalaciones del hotel y los lugares divertidos alrededor. Durante mi estancia, encontré cualquier problema, llamé a la recepción, y todos ellos pueden responder rápidamente y dar soluciones. Una vez, me he descubierto con cuidado la tarjeta de habitación, me he apresurado a llegar a la recepción, el personal me ha tranquilizado y me ha ayudado rápidamente a repararla, y todo el proceso es menos de cinco minutos, lo que es muy tranquilo. La habitación está limpia y no tiene color, las instalaciones son muy completas y la vivienda es muy cómoda. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el transporte es conveniente, la comida en torno a la ciudad y las compras son muy convenientes. La próxima vez que vengan aquí, ¡debemos elegir esta casa!»

«First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.»

«新酒店，裝修不錯，設備很新，房間乾淨衞生，老闆為了照顧我想要雙人床還為我們升級了房間。遺憾的是我晚上沒睡好，對門有一桌大媽開着門打麻將，老闆娘跟它們説了要關上門結果關了一會兒就打開了，一邊敲敲打打一邊大聲説話直到半夜12：33分才散夥，吵吵嚷嚷地走了，隔壁的人可能是看電視播放廣場舞音樂，估計電視機或者設備正好跟我們床頭一牆之隔，聲音可以直接傳到我的房間，夜深人靜時就覺得挺吵，直到11：37分有人敲門叫停，估計別的客人也受害投訴了，本以為到了半夜這一切都結束了可以好好睡覺，沒想到還有男人不時大聲説話，然後砰的一聲關門，還砰了過很多次，我有點懷疑是值夜班的工作人員所為，總之睡得很糟，希望酒店改善一下管理，硬件設施好是一個好的基礎，細節上問題的解決才真正考驗能不能留住客户的水平。»

«El hotel también está muy bien, y hay muchos lugares de estacionamiento. Puede que sea una fiesta, más bebidas, no comer a mediodía, lo que afecta a la emoción. Las habitaciones son más grandes y el precio es más barato.»

«過來旅遊，一直都很信賴維也納，酒店大廳敞亮。衞生乾淨，前台熱情，房間水不夠，及時送。房間無線網使用的速度快。熱水也及時到位，疲憊一天得到舒緩。空調降温也很快，整夜温度也舒心。值得推薦»
