Las instalaciones son completas y nuevas, la ropa de cama es cómoda y la experiencia en el baño es excelente, muy conveniente para el uso diario. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, el check-in fue eficiente y respondieron rápidamente a nuestras necesidades, un servicio considerado y cálido. ¡La experiencia general fue de diez, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!»

«Nice place to stay, a bit far from the border but inside the Main Street of hekou, with merchs and restaurants all around the place. The room is on the 4 floor and they just stairs. The internet is not so good due to the border problem, but the rest is perfect 👌»

«Very large and comfortable, clean rooms. Nice, expansive breakfast gets your day off to a good start. There's not a lot in the immediate area in the way of stores or restaurants but there are some street vendors with decent food.»

«Excellent hotel at high standard as the best choice in Hekou. The location is a ten minutes’ drive from the border gate, but the view across the Red River compensates for the slight distance from downtown. The rooms are spacious and very well outfitted, beds are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and forthcoming. Highlight is the very well appointed breakfast buffet which has many choices. I will visit again!»

«Located near the immigration. If you are on foot, you have to enter the front from the car park and go to the third floor. The staff is super friendly. The room is super clean and modern. It looks like a love hotel as there are some amenities offer. Also there is a deposit for key, you will receive back the deposit when check out.»

«The location was perfect: a few minutes walking from the border, good cheap food and a night market around the corner and a China Unicom shop to get a sim card is next door. The staff is great too. They helped me set up and verify my WeChat account and hailed down a metered taxi to the train station (13 yuan) when I didn't find a ride on Didi. A con of this place was the smell of smoke in the room (as long as the window was open it was fine) and the mold in the bathroom. But nothing too bad and a good place to stay for a night.»

Puedes pasar allí aproximadamente un día y no hay problema en quedarte allí. Las instalaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas y se debe prestar atención al mantenimiento adecuado.»

«Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!»
