«車開的有點累，到了酒店後感覺停車還很方便，看年份看裝修，感覺房間床品和衞生也不會差很多，就沒再換酒店，辦理入住時被收取了按金，我就問了收按金的原因，前台告知我房間內有消費的物品。我又問了游泳館的情況，告知我游泳館在旁邊，要自己付50元才能遊，我説就衝著酒店帶游泳館才預訂的，前台説195元豪華間可以免費游泳，145元要自己付費游泳，我問網上為啥不標註清楚呢？既然都住了那就遊吧，多了個心眼問了收費標準，告知我如果是入住的客人可以去酒店前台取券，門票30還是50同前台協商。游完泳回到房間我先看了看可以消費的物品，正好樓層有房嫂在，就指給我看了四樣物品：兩瓶礦泉水，一個馬桶墊，一小盒計生用品，連一碗泡麪都不預備還收取200元按金？上面説了一堆其實都是小事，這酒店最差的是位置在城邊，附近幾乎沒有吃飯購物的地方，更差的是房間不隔音，臨停車場，臨火車道，隔壁的噪音和車輛的噪音幾乎一夜沒睡，»

«住這麼多酒店沒給過差評，小來小去的問題也就過去了，但這一次真心的住一次不想住第二次，到富錦出差找了一個2024年新開的酒店，本以為會很滿意的一次入住體驗沒想到，我住的這個房間特別的小，我以為都這樣，第二天退房了我看了下別的房間都不這樣，那麼多空房，難道就給我自己區別待遇？比香港的酒店還要小，洗漱區沒有鏡子，沒有乾濕分離，洗澡的時候浴巾都能濕了，洗完澡躺床上，既然看到床頭上有上個客人不要的含片瓶子（這也不知道是上個客人的還是前幾個客人的）我忍了，快十二點了我想喝點水，一拿水既然有個半瓶子的水，我就想知道你家打掃房間麼？瞬間不想住了，感覺床單被罩都沒換過，但是樓上的餐飲味道還是可以的»

BBaofengxueyaolaile有幾個建議需貴酒店改進的地方：訂的輕雅舒適大床房，進去後是標間，找前台，前台説這兩種房型價格是一樣的，無語之一；前台積極改正為輕雅舒適大床房後，裏面又沒有椅子，問前台，前台告知：前台找房嫂，然後告知，房嫂説這個房間本來就沒有椅子，後來積極幫助搬來了一把椅子，無語之二。酒店還是很乾凈衞生的，希望加強管理，最後祝貴酒店生意興隆，財源滾滾。
