1.這麼大的酒店，房間竟然沒有小冰箱，連考慮一下自己的定位，設施不能連小酒店都不如，讓我們團友買的土特產需要冰的蜂皇漿都要變壞了。
2.三月底的天氣，外面雖然18-19度，房間裏面超20度，房間空氣悶熱，打電話到前台，被告知竟然把中央空調壓縮機關了，衹能拿個風扇給我們，其他6個房間的團友同樣感覺悶熱，晚上睡覺不舒服，酒店的管理為了省那點點電費，讓客人感受不好，得不償失，我們自駕遊了那麼多天，住過大小酒店都沒遇到這情況! 客人已經反映情況就應該馬上打開空調，是應變能力差還是摳門?
管理層應該認真考慮一下怎麼改善。»

【tips：鎮上的賓館大都，沒有電梯🛗，沒有一次性浴巾，晚上24點後大部分商鋪休息了，可能看起來有點黑，但是不用擔心旁邊幾百米就有公安局👮🏻♀️，滿滿安全感！】
👧🏻因為老闆娘是女生特別能理解女生！向她求助的時候特別有安全感！🥰她還不僅告訴了我三門海的乘車點，還很熱情的告訴我走，還説這邊路口還有很多去南寧的大巴車，去南寧也很方便！因為要去百色還幫我留意怎麼去百色！
但是因為退房後得在新汽車總站車站去，過去還有個一兩公里，可以在路邊掃個電瓶🏍️小黃車過去，可是我不會騎車🥹，我想着是退房腿過🚶🏻♀️去，但老闆娘姐姐知道了，特別熱心💖説：“小妹！不擔心！你多久走我送你過去車站那裡！”瞬間温暖了！»

«客觀評價：酒店裝修沒幾年，設計還是挺好的，圖片看是挺不錯，房間衞生還可以，異味也不大，落地飄窗可以看到一些美景，停車位充足，價格實惠。但因不注意保養和維修，白瞎了，我住的807房間，衞生間的抽風機是不響的，房門也有點壞了，開關很困難，不能自動關緊，馬桶蓋鬆動移位，還有按壓沖水要花很大的力氣。落地窗已經殘舊，兩個電梯很多污漬降低了酒店檔次。酒店格局不大，還收按金每天一百元，我七月份一直在旅遊，這是很少見的啦。»

UUsuario anónimo是看了這個酒店平台評分高預訂了兩間，入住後發現房間看起來確實是新裝修的，比較乾淨整潔，但裝修設計風格比較一般，衞生間玻璃竟然還是透明的，誰懂雙人間玻璃透明透人有多尷尬啊！另外，可以更新一下房間佈局，空餘的區域利用一下，尤其是考慮做櫃子。這個酒店淡季價格並不低，但酒店的公共區域味道有點大，煙味混雜着其他，最最最最大雷點就是酒店的房間臨街，晚上外面車來車往很吵，夜裡還有炸街的鬼火少年……同行的家人一夜都沒睡着。總體上並不是能列入舒適檔酒店的層次，就是很普通的小賓館。
