«房間還是很衞生的，但是沒有空調，這個月份去，白天在屋裡還是很熱的，好的是準備了一次性浴巾，還有酒店前台和房間需要自駕過去，途中必須要經過檢查站，平日還好，週末節假日，這車堵的呀😓第一次辦理入住，房間沒有收拾好，衹好開回景區吃飯等候，快三點了終於收拾好了，又堵了將近 40 分鐘回前台辦理入住，再接着開車繼續堵着回房間，這一天沒幹別的，就在辦理入住和去辦理入住的路上來回經歷堵車，到了退房時，為了不經歷堵車跟前台商量，先退房，鑰匙等到中午下山時順便交回去行不行，公寓式的酒店，退房時一般都是鑰匙直接放在屋裡，客人告知前台後，就可以直接走了，可前台告知儘量快點，別的客人已經陸續來了，那會兒還不到 12 點，，客人在哪兒呢？客人來了你們也是讓人家等到 3 點再入住啊！我們衹好先把鑰匙送回前台，再回來帶孩子騎馬，這個折騰啊！景區不錯，想法也很好，但是遊客體驗感太差了！再有，景區內的物價實在是太貴了，用餐的遊客還是到景區外用餐吧！味道不錯，價格也算合理👌»
