The cabins provide the necessities of comfort, making it simple and easy to get outdoors and take in the beauty around you.Relax on your private deck and stare up at the stars or have a fire in your fireplace. There is also a BBQ on the deck. The cabin has a queen bed, a single top bunk, and a single sleeper sofa.There are two water areas, the front bay and back bay available to use. The front bay is just steps away from the cabin and boasts a sandy beach and gradual incline which is perfect for little people and those who prefer to ease into the water. The back dock drops off quickly and is the ideal setting for those who want to swim the day away.Linens are available for $30 per bed, if you prefer to not bring your own. There is a toilet and sink in the bathroom in Birch Cabin. Shower facilities are available at the ‘Shower House’ which is a shared with two other cabins on the property.Explore Mosque Lake- there’s so much to see and learn. Feel free to use the canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards or pedal boat to explore - go fishing, adventure to an island for a picnic or to just take in the incredible undeveloped areas of this magnificent gift of nature. There is a shared shower house for 3 of the cabins. The waterfront, wood burning hot tub, water amenities (kayaks, canoes, pedal boat, SUPs, row boat) are shared with 5 cabins in the summer. There is a beautiful sense of community at North Frontenac Lodge, and many times our guests leave as friends. We also have many guests that come and rent the lodge cabins for their own family/friend getaways.We aim to give our guests the level privacy they desire and are flexible to accommodate these needs.There are 5 cabins on the 2 acre property, including our family cabin. We are here to support any of your requests or leave you as independent as you’d like. The front bay has a sandy beach perfect for kids and families and the back bay is deeper water right off the dock, float the day away in a agorgeous clean spring fed trout stocked lake.We anticipate that your stay will include interactions with other guest who are also on vacation. Willow Cabin is a 1940s classic Canadian experience. Willow cabin was the former cook's quarters of fishing lodge, and has just been renovated and updated and is a 4 season cabin. This 2 bedroom, plus loft cabin has a vaulted pine ceiling and lots of open living space, creating a cozy and relaxing space with a large outdoor deck just a few steps away from the lake.The cabin is equipped and ready with all necessities and essentials for a family getaway or a unique adventurous stay for those looking to unplug and relax. Willow includes a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with queen/single bunk beds, a loft with a queen bed, and a fold out ottoman. In Winter months, there is a wood stove and electric heat to keep guests warm and cozy. Willow has a full bathroom with tub/shower. The kitchen is stocked and has a dining area that seats 9 with a table and island seating for 4.The deck has a dining and seating area overlooking the lake, with a fireplace and BBQ. The cabin has many windows and makes Willow a perfect spot to enjoy the essence of nature. Guests are encouraged to explore the lake using the canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and pedal boat that are available for our guests to use. During the Winter we have snowshoes and an auger for ice fishing available for guests. For guests who have a snowmobile there are great trails to explore.Enjoy the best night sky in Ontario right beside the fire, either at your cabin, the firepit on the beach, or the common area, right in the centre of the property. There is two main access to the lake on both sides of the lodge. The back dock is perfect for diving, swimming, and fishing. The main dock is on the beach and gradually inclines into the water.North Frontenac Lodge has a beautiful sense of community, and we’ve seen many guests leave as friends. Pets are always welcome to join your adventures at the lodge.If your party is larger than eight people and you require more sleeping space, we offer a newly renovated Bunkie that accommodates two more guests. The Cottage is a custom built Log Home designed for the entire family. It is located on a private lake 350km North East of Toronto. Loons and beavers will greet you as you sit on the dock in the morning! If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway....this cottage is for you! This is my 4th Year renting and have truly enjoyed sharing the cottage with everyone.Whether you like to sit and relax, canoe, fish or just lay out on the dock, you can do it all at the cottage. The night skies are especially dark and stargazing is a favorite thing to do!
