Staying at the Block Hotel in Ingolstadt was a phenomenal experience. The architecture is stunning - a remarkable fusion of modern design and traditional Bavarian elements. The attention to detail is mind-blowing! Inside, the service was spotless; the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel's breakfast buffet – a plethora of delicious, locally sourced food that catered to all tastes. I have to mention the freshness of the pastries and the richness of the brewed coffee - truly the best way to start the day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Block Hotel to all types of travelers!”

En mi camino desde el sur de Alemania hacia el norte de Alemania, este era mi hotel de estancia intermedia, y no me importaba que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de una zona industrial. Aparentemente, el hotel es un nuevo edificio, aunque muy atractivo. La vida interior es muy cuidadosa, limpia y se presenta directamente como un factor de bienestar. En la recepción se recibe muy amablemente. En mi pregunta, donde seguramente podía detener mi moto sin tener que descansar mi equipaje, me ofreció directamente el garaje de profundidad (gratuito). Aparte de mi moto, sólo 2 coches quedaron en el garaje de profundidad. El desayuno es loco. Nunca hubiera esperado encontrar bebés. Bacon, chocolate crussant, zumo, mosli, latte Macchiato y mucho más cuenta con el desayuno buffet. ¡Qué bien! La habitación es suficientemente grande, el matrazo mega-comfortable y el baño con duchas de lluvias redondeadas. Manko es que lamentablemente no se puede comer en el hotel por la noche... Pero el bar puede borrar la sed.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and infuriated I am with the appalling service I received at this 4 stars hotel (it is a joke 4 star with this kind of service). My stay, which should have been a pleasant experience, was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the senior manager, who demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. My ordeal began on September 7th when I checked in, having booked a room rate that clearly included breakfast. The front desk staff insisted on a deposit or full payment upfront, I totally understood on this and I opted to pay in full, expecting no further issues. However, on September 8th, during check-out, I was slapped with an additional charge of EUR 18.80. Why, you ask? Well, the hotel had arbitrarily split the bill into two parts, one for accommodation and another for breakfast, without any prior notification. Given that this was a business trip, my company policy stipulates a single transaction on one credit card. So, I requested a simple reversal and consolidation of the charges into one transaction as per our booking. Shockingly, the front desk staff flatly refused to accommodate my request. When I insisted on speaking with the front desk manager, the manager come out and did not introduce herself, she is with a long golden hair. Of course, I expected senior staff should be able to accommodate my simple request or at least give me a good explanation why cannot, but it did not go what I expect, in fact, the situation went from bad to worse. Mandy Wunderlich, who I later discovered was the general manager based on her photo online, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue rationally, she raised her voice, used aggressive body language, and shouted at us to ”Go, Go!” This behavior was not only embarrassing but entirely unacceptable for a hotel that boasts a four-star rating. I was left astounded by this encounter. If a hotel's general manager, who is expected to set an example for the entire staff, behaves in such an appalling manner, it's no wonder the rest of the team lacks courtesy and professionalism. Individuals like Mandy should not hold senior positions in the service industry, tarnishing the reputation of the hotel and leaving guests with unforgettable negative experiences. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by abysmal service and a shocking display of unprofessionalism from the senior management. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options. This establishment does not deserve your hard-earned money, and its management should be held accountable for their disgraceful conduct.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der A9, ca. 5 min. Von der Auf-Abfahrt! Es ist gut erreichbar liegt im Industriegebiet, gegenüber dem Outlet Center! Bei Anfahrt darauf achten, dass man das Hotelgelände anfährt in unmittelbarer Nähe im Industriegebiet befindet sich auch ein „Vergnügungs“ Haus! Lobby, Empfang und Zimmer sind in einwandfreiem Zustand! Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gerne wieder!

Un hotel nuevo en un área de negocios. Muy tranquilo. Puede estar un poco restringido por la proximidad de Fransiz Haus y Autoverwertung Ibrahim, pero puedo asegurar que esto no tiene absolutamente ninguna influencia en la calidad de su estancia. No es el más barato, pero con un buen ojo para un buen trato con Centro Stuttgart, se puede ganar un buen valor para el dinero.

Super overnachtings hotel! Hotel is vlakbij de autostrade gelegen, doch heb je geen last van lawaai. De kamers zijn mooi, modern en verzorgd. Vlak naast het hotel is een Grieks resaturant waar je voor een eerlijke prijs lekker kan eten (reserveren is wel aan te raden) Grote parking aanwezig.

Muy bueno hotel para cuando estás en tránsito. Situación 1 min junto a la autopista, pero no se oye. Llegamos con la familia a las 22 horas, podíamos ingresar por nosotros mismos. Está bien sistema.. Habitación muy bonita, limpia, hermosa ducha y sobre todo una hermosa cama, de modo que podíamos volver a equiparnos a nuestro destino final.

Wir hatten 5 erholsame und genussreiche Tage. Freundlicher, informativer Empfang - gutes Frühstücksbüfett - leckere Kuchen/Torten am Nachmittag und abwechslungsreiches Abend-Büffet. Unsere Juniorsuite im Gästehaus war zur Rückseite und damit ganz besonders ruhig gelegen - wir konnten die ganze Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlagen. Ganz besonders angenehm empfanden wir: - den großzügigen Saunabereich mit sehr angenehmen Ruheräumen (da wir innerhalb der Woche im Hotel waren und viele der Gäste Tagungsteilnehmer waren, war es nachmittags im Wellnessbereich sehr angenehm ruhig) und Getränkespender - dass wir für den gesamten Aufenthalt einen fest reservierten Tisch hatten - sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und gastorientierter Service Bezüglich der Lage des Hotels: aus der einerseits sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Lage in einem wirklich kleinen Dorf, in dem es ausser dem Hotel und einer Gaststätte wirklich nichts gibt, resultiert leider andererseits, dass man für alle Unternehmungen außer wandern auf das Auto zurückgreifen muss.
