I had a great stayed & get the room from my requested 100% high floor (3rd) and quiet room

Im really happy with the place, such a cool place to hang out and relax. Great choice of music played in the common areas. There are tables near the pool where you can eat and hang out! Pool water is quite hot, perfect for the cold weather! Our room was really clean. Beds are super comfy, easy to sleep on. No issue with bed bugs, i did not feel any itchy feeling when laying down. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly! There is a restaurant beside the hotel which is run by the hotel too. Food is realy good, price is reasonable. There is a laundry service near the hotel, like a block away from the hotel. You can either walk or take the bus which is one stop away. Target and costco also nearby. There are also a lot of food choices. What I really like about this hotel is the location, very near to LAX airport, around 10mins by driving, 20mins by bus. Highly recommended! I would stay here again if i ever go back to LA again.

The room is big but noise insulation within the room is quite bad. Noise from outside can get into the room. But fortunately, the hotel provide ear plugs.

Good for a short stay, don’t expect any house keeping unless you fork over another $40 per day. Unsure why they have staff at the front, they will direct you to the app for pretty much anything you ask. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who struggles with apps/smart phones. Pool and hot tub heater were “broken”. On arrival while waiting for our door to be activated to check in, some random man that I assume worked there just opened our door for us with his own code.. that really helped me sleep at night knowing someone out there could just come on in.

I wouldn't recommend staying here until the construction is done at the new clipper stadium. Location is great if your going to the forum or Sofi but we were woken up to the sound of construction so loud it is impossible to ignore. 6 AM and the loudest sound of a saw cutting metal. We got in at 1 am from seeing fluffy preform and we're only able to sleep 5 hours due to the noise. Won't be staying here again.

If you want to enjoy LA and not your room, this is the place to be. Even sleeping is not great. The beds and pillows aren't comfortable. Though the room was bright and looked clean at first, we found garbage on the ground next to the beds and some metal broken piece of metal was in the shower. The parking (valet only) is out of the way and you've got to walk way around the building, which isn't especially fun when you have a lot of luggage. There is no real room service or upkeep. Even when I asked if we could get the room tidied up and get 4 new towels, we came back to the room and all the dirty towels were still there... And the new towels, were 2 of the small hand towels. So, if you want a cheap room while your enjoying the rest of LA and don't mind loud, uncomfortable evenings, then this is your place. Otherwise spend a little more and get a MUCH better place almost anywhere else.

Property says $15 parking- but actually it’s $35, valet only. The place is completely surrounded by dirty dusty noisy construction in every direction beginning at 5 am and going until almost midnight. This is a self-service hotel with an occasional human. No daily room cleaning. It’s cheap and only 20 min. From LAX, the pictures look great- but that’s not what you will get- your balcony will face a giant constriction of the new Intuit stadium with thousands of trucks and diggers and welding non-stop.

You get what you pay for, the pool and jacuzzi area is lovely, the rooms are lovely. The beds are super soft and fluffy, the shower water is hot! Loved it
