El hotel está limpio, la recepcionista es agradable.

El baño tenía un toallero roto. Había ropa que había quedado de un huésped anterior y que no se había retirado. La habitación olía a humo de cigarrillo. Las sábanas tenían manchas extrañas. La recepción me pidió que volviera para hacer el check-in a pesar de que llegué después de la hora de check-in.

El personal fue muy respetuoso y servicial cuando fue necesario.

It was a big surprise that the hotel takes a deposit. It is better to have cash with you. Otherwise, it is clean, a little shabby, but it is not critical. The service is excellent.

It's good for the price. They're slowly trying to update things but it was ok.

First off, location is only good if your traveling on that highway east. Second, just a so-so hotel, no breakfast, no amenities and the WiFi was not great. Finally, they required a deposit, which I provided immediately and now, more than a day after checking out, I have not gotten my money back and when I called my bank, they told me it was not a hold but rather a charge. They were trying to keep the deposit hoping I was a stupid traveler who’d forget about it. I don’t recommend this hotel, a cardboard box is better!

The staff were great and answered any questions I had. The room was clean and everything worked. The hotel does need upgrading. The safety locks on the door were missing and the hallway carpet needs replacing. I walked all four floors checking fire escape paths and for exercise. All the hand railings on the stairs were sticky and needed cleaned. Other wise the hotel was OK and for the price I couldn't complain. It was also quiet.

One of the queen size bed was broken , the other was very uncomfortable.  If I had seen the cockroaches before we went to bed, I would not have stayed.  We got up that morning and I killed two large ones in the tub and three  in the sink!  GROSS! When we checked out I told the worker.  He had no response!  Not even an apology!

The toilet was full and didn't work (not from us ) . The room was different from the pictures. ( Standard not a comfort). The hot water tank was not working till Sunday night when they finally showed up to fix the toilet. After booking within minutes dropped 38.43 in minutes.Ny time we needed to use the facilities we had to leave . Lady outside shooting up in front of the door .. hotel smelt like a **** factory.and kept coming down to ask about it (sorry sir all booked . They even took pictures of the crap in the toilet.. but no one cleaned it .. 2 years deployed and 4 days home I spent it here . .. not happy
