"Beautiful country house once you are past all the potholes. Lovely team who welcomed and looked after us for our one night stay. We sat out on a Sunday afternoon for drinks overlooking the lovely garden, sun shining, just a relaxing and chilled experience. Dinner was good, reasonable choice of food items and wine. Watch out for those pesky 'double' G&T's as they hit the bill harder than you expect. Service was pleasant however slow and disorganised, no leadership for the 20 covers. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold to set you up for the day. Wonderful spot which needs a tweak r two to be fabulous."
