"Mi marido y yo hemos estado en el hotel de montaña durante 4 días. Reservamos la suite junior. Esta es muy elegantemente equipada. La cama es super cómoda y sin pie, lo que es muy ventajoso en mi tamaño de 1,85m. El equipo de limpieza de la habitación hace un buen trabajo. Si deseas limpieza intermedia, puedes depositar un mapa en la entrada. Muy bien el desayuno y el buffet de noche. Hay tanta elección y no importa lo que eliges, tiene un sabor super delicioso!! El personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es tan sueñante en una montaña casi en el medio de la bosque, hay un gran aparcamiento y el exterior es super limpio y además es hermoso. Como se puede leer, estoy realmente entusiasmado por este hotel."

"We were happy with a family celebration in the hotel. Due to the large number of guests, several changes had to be made beforehand. All changes were made and confirmed quickly and precisely. Small things such as table reservations were carried out by the staff without any special request and without complaint. The various menus in the evening gave no reason for complaint, the food was sufficient and the eye could eat along very well. At breakfast, the only complaint was the stupidity of a young waiter. The fried egg we ordered was not served after the first, second or even third request. But the error was corrected with a sufficient apology from another member of staff. The rooms were clean, adequately equipped, and special pillows were brought to the room immediately. The bar was also flawless, the drinks appealing and delicious."

"Estabamos en el hotel para 4 noches de pensión. habitaciones convenientes, limpias, camas cómodas. Diverso desayuno buffet, amplio mapa de comida. Muy buena conexión a Wernegerode, Bad Harzburg y super ubicación al principio del Ilsetal para una caminata en la cueva. Un gran elogio se puede decir al personal, siempre amable, especializado y fue increíble lo que la cocina y el servicio han hecho en una ocupación baja y un gran número de invitados !!!!!! Buena cocina alemana. Tan sencillo, pero sooooooo delicioso!!! Espargel , forelle, steak, mejor no puedes. Eres el equipo DREAM ....."
