I have a great time staying in this property ,it is clean ang the staff are accommodating . The facilities are good and the location is great with a very affordable price .

Nice AND BEAUTIFUL

We booked in this hotel because it has a family room and we haven't been here before. We were not expecting much as the price was cheapest among our other choices. However, we were a bit amazed of what it offers, from the courteous and helpful staff,to the spacious and clean family room. The room was I think 40sq.m more or less, with 2 single beds and a sofa, small table with glasses and cups and saucers., a smart TV with wifi connection, and a toilet & bath, terrace, and another room with King bed and it's own toilet & bath, and terrace also. There were 2 air-conditioning units, 1 in the main room while the other 1 is in the masters bedroom. There were toiletries, towels, shower, bidet in the bathrooms. There was no ref nor oven but there's a water heater and welcome drinks (water & coffee😁). The building was quite old but surprisingly clean, same with the curtains, towels and beddings. There was an elevator going to our floor. Outside, theres a swimming pool, a bar, a coffee shop and resto but we were not able to explore any of those since we were so excited to roam around the city as the hotel is in the Iloilo City Proper. Its location was very accessible as the Jeep from Jaro to the downtown passes in front of the hotel, among other jeepneys.it is also walking distance to the Gaisano City Mall, St Clements Church, and a lot of shopping malls at the other side.

it's good staying in this hotel highly recommended, plus the service was good, very friendly staff, hoping if we will come back again here in iloilo we will stay here again, thank you much. Godbless

We had a great stay in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and at the same time very helpful. Location is very accessible as well, many public transportation pass by in front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is near the center of iloilo city. Room is clean and spacious. Ambience is also good.

Decent choice for those looking for a budget hotel. Rooms are spacious enough albeit with an old feel. Located within a walking distance from Gaisano Mall and La Paz market. Wifi in rooms are forgettable. They have a cafe which opens at 7 am but takes ages to serve food.

Good place, price is great, clean, nice staff, but bit far from restaurants and bars.

Trip.com is a safe website to use and also they offer a wide range of travel-related services, including booking hotels and flights. The first I try, I thaught is unreliable site, but it gives you a smoth transaction. While the castle chateau reddoorz, I didn't expect the outsideview, services mostly the room.
