We went to this hotel for my Birthday Staycation. Though I booked it through a third-party agency, Kent R’Lau was very responsive to my queries via email prior to our stay. He’s very professional in checking on my requests. Upon arrival at the hotel, Jay R at the door was very attentive in assisting us with our bags. Christopher made a swift check in for prolly less than 2 minutes. It was very prompt but covered everything we need to know about the stay. Unfortunately, I need to deal about work after check in. The WiFi was giving and helping great. We went out for lunch and dinner. Upon return to the hotel after dinner, we asked for a bucket of ice. Diana was so generous to deliver it in the room at no cost. In the room, it was below par of this local brand (vs Seda in IT Bloc Cebu, Seda in Manila Bay). They got smaller pillows, soft mattress even squishy-like bed frame. And, the sewer smells stinky. Too bad for a celebration staycation. I mentioned about the stay, that it was for my birthday. I was even asked for my birthdate at Check In. However, there was nothing special extended. No biggie but it may add delight to the stay. The next morning, we had our buffet breakfast at the Misto Restaurant. We loved the Filipino touch available in the spread likely Nilagang Saging, Taho, and the Mango Tapioca --- hoping a cold dessert next time. Shout out to Rhea and Joshua. At check out, Adrian made it swift as possible. He’s very helpful and friendly. We might come back, but no sure.

Always a fan of Seda hotels. Before, I was in Seda Vertis so I was excited to discover there was a Seda Atria in Iloilo. As expected, this is my favorite hotel in Iloilo. Excellent service, clean rooms, and also good, solid WiFi, which has been surprisingly difficult in Iloilo area.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the breakfast everyday is good! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends ☺️

Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

Room looked outdated compared to the pictures shown. Good location and good breakfast buffet. Staf were helpful and accommodating.

It was a good stay. Only thing they don't have swimming pool . service was very good as well as breakfast

At first day I was not too thrilled about the size of the bedroom. Water from the shower was over flowing in the floor . TV was not giving us other channels . Requested services for the shower and TV . The maintenance guy came so fast fixed the shower door and explained the TV but still not working as was explained . Anyways it was ok, we were gone for 3 days at and no big deal . Check out and get back from another 3 days stay from another island . We got a better room , tv was working but again shower is overflowing , got fixed quickly . As a summary I love to stay back in this hotel due to the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel . Minor issues are fixed right away without issue . This hotel is walking distance to Starbucks and McDonald where my husband and myself walk to for a quick snack . Also close to SM . I will love to go back here again . summary , although there are some

Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.
