This is a lovely hotel, quite modern & on the beach. We arrived late around 11.45pm but the restaurant was still open. It is mainly German guests but the staff name badges show what languages they speak. We knew it was winter & things were closed until 1st April however they did open the water slides on March 25th. The pool area is relaxed & quiet. The sunbeds are not allowed to be reserved with towels which is great, but as it got busier there were always a few who ignored the signs. The pools are however not heated & this meant we didn't use them for the 1st week. They were less shockingly cold after 4 straight days of sunshine. They had German youth footballers for training our 1st week & they went through the buffet like a swarm of locusts, especially the pizzas. They were also unsupervised at night & were very noisy & reception had to speak to them several times. The best part is Ercan at the pool bar. He loves Scots (knew we were scottish as soon as i asked for a sprite 🤣),loves a bit of banter & can't do enough for you. He really made our holiday so thanks Ercan. Food is as you expect - lots of the same but local dishes too. Restaurant is busiest at 7pm. Weather was better than we thought it would be. Manavgat market was awful. They will not take no for an answer & are extremely pushy. Local shops are much nicer. We came to chill & that's what we did.

I have just recently stayed at this hotel with 11 family members all female to celebrate my Mother's 60th birthday. We as a family could not fault this hotel. I have read so many reviews saying the staff are unfriendly with British guests, the food is not good, pools and slides are closed, cats roam everywhere. During our stay we had so many friendly and the some staff who did have some language barriers still tried to assist in anyway they could and always gave a smile. The staff have flags of the lanaguge they speak on their badge, so you could easily find a english speaking staff member if required. We have to give a shout out to Ercen (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) he was mainly on duty on the outside bar during our stay and he was amazing with us all, he really fot our personalities and we had a lot of laughs (bottle of water family 🤣) and he got to know us really well, he worked very hard and long hours even seen him in the resturant during the evening working after working in the bar outside all day, he gave us great recommendations too. The walk along the beach to the ancient area was amazing took just over one hour, absolutely beautiful and a must see area, we had a drink in a little bar with the most wondefuk views. Also he recommended the waterfalls, just absolutely beautiful this was about 20minutes by car, we decided to have a private car and it was 55euro return. The hotel arranged a tranfer for us to the waterfalls as we did not want to do a full day trip at the time and we had a very kind professional driver, who came along with us, showed us around and even went above the duty of driving us and picked us some fresh drut (mullberries) off trees when we where passing, delicious. Also the male waiter in the restaurant that I've now unfortunately forgotten your name sorry, he was absolutely amazing and showed a lot of interest in us all, he worked extremely hard and made all our meals very enjoyable. I've never seen anyone manage so many plates. We could not fault the food at this hotel, there was plenty to choose from ages ranges from 4 year old up to 61 with teens as well and there was something for everyone. They had chefs making food infront of you and always something freshly made available. We tried the al carte restaurant and the food was amazing. Very enjoyable evening and would recommend booking with the guest relations manager. The beach bar is also an added bonus that we did enjoy a meal and a drink there during our stay. Lots of activities still available during the early season that you can take advantage of. The hotel has a great app that shows daily what's on offer and what you can book to do and request if you need anything like extra pillows. All the sides and pools were also open, there was no fights for sunbeds during our stay and the hotel do have a no reserve policy. Spent 2 weeks at this all inclusive hotel On arrival which was early hours of the morning we found we didn't have any thing to eat and drink. We had a booked for 2 separate bedrooms, the double bedroom was nice but the other bedroom had 2 single beds with 1 bedside cabinet, no room to walk around the beds so you had to climb over them to get into bed, infant the room was like a cell, the balcony is tiny only big enough for small round table and 2 chairs which means if there's 4 of you only 2 people can use the balcony due to not having enough room. Swimming pools and sliders are NOT open which tui do not tell you when you book which obviously only interested in your money. Beach right outside hotel which was lovely, make sure you wear your band or you won't be getting drinks or snacks from the beach hut, also if your with children the first part of the beach your not allowed to use. Food in hotel was edible, very bland and lots and lots of turkey dishes. Children will love the ice cream station. Don't feel the restaurant is big enough as a few nights had to wait for a empty table. Should imagine this will be a problem in the summer months. I wouldn't rate this hotel a tui blue

Excellent hotel, not too far to travel for the transfer from the airport. Very efficient check in at reception with a nice welcome. Hotel room very nice with modern facilities. Restaurant food and choice great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with various locations on site. Everyone friendly and welcoming. Shops close to hotel with nice shopping mall. In general, a very nice hotel, would return for holiday again.

What an excellent service, we arrived at about 11.30pm and was offered a meal, 1st class service straight away. The food variety through the week was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we really cannot fault the place. Great job blue xanthe keep up the great work.

Just back from Tui Blue Xanthe. Very nice hotel........ but........ Why are OT Beach and Tui selling these hotels to Brits when we were the only Brits apart from a couple from Ayrshire were there. Staff could hardly speak any English so if you wernt German you have had it!! Had to change room on arriving as we were put in an "attic" room with low-level eaves and banged my head severely as we coudnt find the lights for the room. We are in our 60s and were not prepared to be crouching around a room for 10 days so we didnt bang our head. No blackout blinds so were wakened at 4.00 am when sun was bursting through the windows. We had to wait till 2.30 the next day to get a room change. Reception staff/managers were unhelpful and were deliberately ignoring us when we were trying to get the room situ sorted. So by the time we had got room change and luggage we had to take down ourselves, that was a whole day wasted waiting on the hotel sorting this out. After the move we had not one complaint about or room. We always take a firestick with us, just in case, for example bad weather and your stuck in your room or when you come in after an evening out and just want to chill. The tv was set up to block all devices! so no firestick usb sticks etc will play on tv. this is ok if your German as out of 104 channels there was 6 English speaking channels!!!! Which consisted of news channels. Even actual English movies were dubbed over and sub-titled with German!!! Never known the likes of it tbh. Just another indication that it is geared towards the Germans/European nationalities. Cannot compain about actual hotel. It is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, food choices are very good, drink choices etc were very good too. Beach was beautiful too. Some lovely waiters and barmen too, who couldnt do enough for you. Ercan barman(Mr.Scotland) we called him was so funny and attentive. We wouldnt return to this hotel as there are too many Germans/Europeans and its German orientated, and not being able to understand the language was a big obstacle for us and really spoiled our total enjoyment. I hope this doesnt come across s us not liking Germans/Europeans we have met many on previous holidays. But there were 243 rooms and myself and my family and the other scottish family occupied 3 rooms......... Holiday companies need to make there customers aware that it is German-based, then it is up to the clients if they will make the choice to go there.

Fantastic hotel Lovely staff Fantastic food Lovely weather all week The only down side too our holiday is that tui stated to us that every thing would be open and that the slides and entertainment would be on when we got here staff stated that everything was closed But apart from that we made our own family experiences took out children to the land of dinosaurs and the land of lions The staff are really lovely I would love too come again when everything is open but I wouldnt reccomend comming in winter months as all there is are football players staying in the hotel and nothing to do as a family
