On arrival we were told that they were about to let our room to someone else as we arrived late. They apparently had been trying to call yet not a single missed call on the phone. After insisting we need to prove who we were and having to email a copy of her driving license to them, we asked how long they keep our personal information as we were concerned. They said they don’t know but we couldn’t stay without it so we had no choice. We were not advised of when to come for breakfast and this would come back to bite us in the morning. We were then told our room number. On walking into the room, the people in the room above had extremely loud music on and this was past midnight by now. I went back to reception and reported this and thankfully it stopped shortly after. On walking into the room we were presented with a wall that had obviously suffered from some water damage. There was a big hole and water stains all over it. The carpet in the room was uneven and a potential trip hazard. The bedside lamp had been unplugged and the wire was extended with a terminal block very badly and potentially dangerously. We did not touch it. The plug socket next to the bed was hanging off of the wall so couldn’t use that. The bed was actually not too bad and was quite comfortable. We woke up in the morning and after getting ready to go to breakfast just after 9am. On arrival at reception we were told breakfast finished at 9am. We were told that we should have known that. I advised I wasn’t told and their was nothing in the room advising of this. All we got was I am really sorry but it’s too late. We immediately went back to our rooms, grabbed our bags and left. The initial staff member we spoke to on reception was not interested in being helpful and offered no advice other than to tell us he nearly let a room we paid for to someone else. My opinion of this hotel is avoid at all costs. They don’t seem to care and the state of the place is a disgrace. The price was not cheap either. If you stay here, you are taking your chances.

After spending three weeks at this hotel you couldn't ask for a better welcoming . I do not live locally and spent my three weeks at this hotel to attend a course. The staff are very attentive, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble Although I didn't have breakfast there it looked amazing and fresh every morning and the cooked breakfast one of my colleagues had looked amazing and totally recommend it. Room was always cleaned on daily basis, fresh towels & tea n coffee. Room had a hairdryer which was added bonus .Although Ilford isnt the best area hotel was excellent and manned 24/7 very safe and secure. Conference room was excellent size and great tea & coffee supplied or a latte / cappincino at very good price. Would definitely stay their again if I need to return to London. Thank you guys and girls, fabulous .

Noora never fails to go above and beyond every time we touch base, never fails to accommodate us fully and provides excellent customer service. Towels needed no problem toilet roll no problem parking info. Absolutely anything needed ask Noora. We stay in a variety of travelodge locations Inc Barking Becton Dagenham Ilford etc and would recommend any travelodge to family and friends.

Reservó con ellos para el fin de semana de este 2023 cuando asistimos a un evento de 4 días en Londres. Reservado temprano para asegurarnos de que podíamos asistir, y el momento en que hice la reserva que realizaron un control de tarjetas, terminaron haciendo esto 3 veces durante el período que tenía la reserva, El primer tomando £76.50 justo después de reservar (Yo había elegido el libro ahora, paga el día, así que me sorprendió) 2 meses antes del evento que ellos hizo lo mismo de nuevo, todo se aclaró. Dos semanas después de que dijeron que mi tarjeta era inválida, con fondos insurgentes (no era), y tenían 23 horas para ordenarlo, así que puse mis datos de tarjeta de crédito en (mucho de crédito disponible), El día siguiente ¡Anularon la reserva!! Dejandome sin un hotel para el evento, ya que se reservaba en todas partes. No hay nada que no puedas hacer. ¡Fraudsters and charlatons!! (I didn't actually go in March, but I had to choose that to get on here and warn people!)
