El hotel está en un asentamiento indio y la gente es muy amable. Conocí a mucha gente que tomó la iniciativa de saludar. El hotel está muy limpio y la zona es pequeña, pero el agua caliente es muy buena, las sábanas limpias y la actitud del camarero en la puerta también es muy buena. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito las 24 horas.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno ofrece mucha variedad, excepto que el desayuno caliente solo se sirve los fines de semana. En el sitio de Trip, la hora de registro es incorrecta (el cupón dice después de las 12, pero es después de las 14): a pesar de que llegamos demasiado temprano, nos dieron la habitación y prepararon café gratis. El hotel está cerrado durante la noche y el personal es muy amable. Estuvimos en el hotel durante los días más calurosos de la historia, pero prepararon un ventilador, porque no tienen aire acondicionado (normalmente).

We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience.

I've had the same experience as other reviewers. Terrible customer service. Cancelling my room to take advantage of higher rates as it's the Kings Coronation weekend. Several months ago I made a booking for 2 nights on the 5th May this year. Suddenly this week I received an email asking to update my payment details. At 02:32am, I was given 6 hours to update my details (no idea why, they had not changed), or they would cancel my booking. Despite this short notice, I updated by card details within 6 hours (08:06) the same day. A few hours later I received an email saying my booking was cancelled. I am not receiving any email responses from this Greater London Hotel. I have spoken to them several times on the phone, but they will not discuss the details of the cancellation, and say I must communicate via email. I have asked to speak to a manager, but there is "not one available". They are not responding to my emails Firstly, the email confirming my stay (from Best western) says the pre authorisation is not required until the day of arrival. Secondly, my correct card details were passed within within 6 hours of being requested. I have contacted my bank, and no attempt has been made on this card. Never heard of such shocking customer service. Wish I'd have booked a Premier Inn as I usually do. Avoid at all costs!

Booked in August last year 2 rooms for an 8 night stay in 30 days time. Now I received a notification from *********** that the property canceled my booking because of an invalid card. This can't be true, as they had already preauthorized my card and I have funds in the card. Tried calling at the hotel and the receptionist on duty said that they don't deal with this situation and she recommended sending an email. I have sent 2 emails and no answer whatsoever. I called again and ask them to pass me to the reservation department but she said it was not possible cause there was no one, asked to speak to the manager Stefan, the same person that answers the reviews on this page but "he's not here at the moment". This is very unprofessional and now we need to find another alternative in London at expensive price cause it is only 30 days to go and it's the Easter period. Do not book here. It's a scam, fraud, and corruption!!!.

It was a real delight to be in that hotel. We normally go there since this is close to our London Office, I have to admit they have made some changes inside and I cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism, their proactivity and their sense of purpose. I can only recommend them wholeheartedly.
